SOLUTION: The system is for determining whether or not the object component is a qualified product which can be used in high pressure gas, and it is characterized by that it has: a database storing a component number assigned to the object component and information of a temperature and a pressure wherein a qualified product corresponding to the component number can be used, an inputting means for inputting the component number of the object component to be subjected to determination and a temperature and a pressure which will be working conditions of the object component, a detecting means for detecting the allowable temperature and pressure corresponding to the component number input in the inputting means from the database, a determining means for determining propriety for usage of the temperature and the pressure input in the inputting means on the basis of the temperature and pressure detected in the detecting means, and an outputting means for outputting the propriety for usage determined in the determining means. The displaying part consists of three regions.
