    • 【課題】簡易で短時間に設置・撤去でき、除染現場に滞在することなく効率的に放射性物質を集積して、放射性汚染土壌を除染する。【解決手段】除染装置1は、直流の電源2と、この電源2に接続される正負の電極部材3,4と、給水装置5とを備える。電極部材3,4は、除染対象領域をカバーする範囲の土壌表面に正負交互にほぼ平行に複数対並べて載置する。電極部材3,4は、一般の電極材に放射性物質吸着剤を付着させて構成する。給水装置5で、汚染土壌を湿潤させ、電源2により電極部材3,4間に電圧を印加し、土壌表層部に浸透した放射性物質をイオン化し、動電現象(電気分解、電気泳動、電気浸透等)により、放射性物質を電極部材3に吸着させ、放射性物質吸着剤により吸着を促進させて電極部材3に集積する。【選択図】図1

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wasteful extension by anchoring a trolley wire on a track, to reduce influence on scenery of neighboring environment and to save space. SOLUTION: An end part of trolley wire T is supported by a beam 2 arranged between steel pipe struts 1, 1 confronting with the track between them. The steel pipe strut 1 and the beam 2 are structured by cylindrical steel pipes. A first pulley 4 is supported at a corresponding position of the trolley wire T in the beam 2 in a manner rotatable around a vertical axis. A second pulley 5 is supported at inside of a connection part of the beam 2 of the steel pipe strut 1 in a manner rotatable around a horizontal axis. A wire rope 3 is connected with the trolley wire T via a yoke Y and an insulator I, hung over the first pulley 4, inserted through the beam 2 from a track direction and hung over the second pulley 5 and drawn into the steel pipe strut 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a tension of a wire by generating stably a characteristic frequency by impact corresponding to the outer diameter of the wire, and to mount a device surely without damaging the wire.
      SOLUTION: This tension measuring device 1 is constituted of: a pair of fixed members 2 fixed on both ends between a prescribed span S on an overhead wire T; a connection member 3 for connecting each fixed member 2; an impact member 4 pivoted on the connection member 3, rotatably on a vertical surface; a vibration sensor 5 for sensing vibration of the overhead wire T generated between the span S by impact; and a processing device 6 for calculating a tension between the span S, after calculating the characteristic frequency by receiving a signal from the vibration sensor 5. A bending recessed part for receiving the overhead wire T is provided on a wire gripping part of the fixed members 2. The vibration sensor 5 is fixed on the overhead wire T through a load adjusting member 18. The load adjusting member 18 to be used has a mass selected corresponding to the overhead wire T, in order to generate the characteristic frequency stably by lowering a frequency band of vibration by impact on the overhead wire T.

The operating rod 2 is operated from the ground to press the polishing mechanism 7 on a lower surface of the section insulator I elastically with a given pressure. The device 1 polishes the lower surface of the section insulator with a polishing roller 7e as moved along the section insulator I on a traveling roller 7d. The polishing mechanism 7 appropriately inclines a balance rest 7c to reliably bring the polishing roller 7e in contact with the lower surface of the section insulator I.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trolly line hanger ear insulator capable of being in volume production, having physical strength, and facilitating handling thereof.
      SOLUTION: A hanger bar 2 and an ear 3 of a trolly line hanger ear 1 are united by an insulation coupling element 4. Coupling members 6, 7 are butted against each other at an interval, and molded by a resinous element 5 to integrally mold the insulation uniting element 4. The upper coupling member 6 is provided with a cap portion 6b into which a connecting portion 2b of the hanger bar 2 is inserted and crimped, and a sealing portion having protrusions in a circumferential direction that is projecting in a radius direction. The protrusions in a circumferential direction that is projecting in the radius direction are provided on an upper part of the lower coupling member 7, and an ear piece 3a is integrally continued thereto. The coupling members 6, 7 are prevented from coming out from the resinous element 5 by the protrusions. The insulation coupling element 4 has high physical strength and insulating resistance as compared with ceramic, and can be easily produced by integrally molding, so that suitable for mass production.

The bent part 4 of the hanger bar 1 is bent in an approximately U shape on a plane. Both ends of the hanger bar 1 are pivotally attached to a pivot support part 9 of the ear 2 by a pivot pin 10. The protection cover 3 is attached to the bent part 4 and is interposed between the bent part 4 and a hung wire M to protect the hung wire M.

      SOLUTION: A pair of hanging wires 2 in parallel are built above a hanging overhead wire M in the section of a station premise, and a plurality of oil coating units 3 are provided so as to move along the hanging wire 2 with a traveling roller 5. The oil coating unit 3 is equipped with a tank 6 and an oil spraying unit 7 in order to spray the oil to a pantograph P of a stopping train. The pantograph oil coating device is provided with a lifting and lowering means 8 for vertically moving the oil spraying unit 7 from a predetermined original position of a main body 3a to the vicinity of the trolley wire T, a position adjustment means 9 capable of finely adjusting the working position of the spraying unit 7 in the rail track direction, and a sensor part 10 having an image pick-up sensor for detecting the image at the lower part of the oil spraying unit 7 and a distance sensor. A controller 11 grasps a relative position of a pan head P1 and an advancing direction of the pantograph P and a distance between the oil spraying unit 7 and the pan head P1. A premises controller 11 controls the oil coating unit 3 to perform the oil spraying operation at a position corresponding to the pantograph of the train.
