    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trolly line hanger ear insulator capable of being in volume production, having physical strength, and facilitating handling thereof.
      SOLUTION: A hanger bar 2 and an ear 3 of a trolly line hanger ear 1 are united by an insulation coupling element 4. Coupling members 6, 7 are butted against each other at an interval, and molded by a resinous element 5 to integrally mold the insulation uniting element 4. The upper coupling member 6 is provided with a cap portion 6b into which a connecting portion 2b of the hanger bar 2 is inserted and crimped, and a sealing portion having protrusions in a circumferential direction that is projecting in a radius direction. The protrusions in a circumferential direction that is projecting in the radius direction are provided on an upper part of the lower coupling member 7, and an ear piece 3a is integrally continued thereto. The coupling members 6, 7 are prevented from coming out from the resinous element 5 by the protrusions. The insulation coupling element 4 has high physical strength and insulating resistance as compared with ceramic, and can be easily produced by integrally molding, so that suitable for mass production.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically record an electric pole corresponding position and an ear position in sequence and to certainly specify a loosened ear from its number by erecting a sensor rod free to be engaged with a pull-off to fit on an electric-car line above a vehicle through a movable bracket on an inspecting device on the travelling car to detect existence of the pull-off in place of an electric pole.
      SOLUTION: A pair of pull-offs C1, C2 is installed through a movable bracket B of an electric pole P on the side of a track, and a trolley wire T and a pendant wire M are tracted to the side by a holding fitting on a head end. In the meantime, sensor rods 6, 6 having elasticity left and right on front end parts are erected on an inspection device D on a working vehicle S, and they are free to be engaged with the pull-off C1. Thereafter, the sensor rod 6 on one side of the inspection device D is engaged with the pull-off C1, and passing of a vehicle through an electric pole corresponding position is electrically recorded. Furthermore, the vehicle continues to advance, a hammer firstly collides against an ear E1 of an end of the pull-off, continuously collides against ears E2, E3 on a lower end of a hung-cover, leaves records each time and can discriminate existence to looseness.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension line support allowed to be installed in a portion having a short suspension distance from a structure to a suspension line and holding the suspension line horizontally. SOLUTION: This suspension line support 1 is so constructed that pulleys 3 are journaled to brackets 6 on a frame 2. The frame 2 is formed like an H-shape in which a horizontal plate 5 is connected to the middle parts of parallel vertical plates 4, and the brackets 6 are erected on both end parts of the vertical plates 4. The frame 2 is connected to an insulator I through a connecting member 7. An angle adjusting plate 8 is provided on the lower part of the connecting member 7. The angle adjusting plate 8 and the horizontal plate 5 are provided with bolt penetrating holes 8a, 5a and a plurality of adjust holes 8b, 5b bored like a concentric circular arc round the penetrating holes 8a, 5a to connect each other so that the mutual relative angle can be changed. The pulleys 3 are positioned to the insulator I side on the frame 2, so that the support can be installed in a portion with a shorter suspension length of a suspension line from the structure. Since the fitting angle of the frame 2 to the insulator I can be changed, the support 1 can be supported obliquely from the structure.
