摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method in which a worker does not have to get into a clearance to perform removal work.
SOLUTION: When placing a concrete form 2 on a foundation 9 in constructing a concrete floor 1, posts 5 tapered toward the tips are erected on the foundation 9, placing the tapered tips on the top side, and sleepers 4 and joists 3 are placed thereon for erection. Before placing the concrete form 2 on the joists 3, the joists 3, the sleepers 4 and the posts 5 are tied with cords 10 or the like, and ends 10a of the cords are put outside from a partially cutout open part of a foundation peripheral cover 11. When the concrete floor 1 is horizontally moved by a jack 12 or the like after the completion of a building, the posts 5 incline, and the joists 3 and the sleepers 4 are displaced sideways and fall. The removal of the posts 5, joists 3 and sleepers 4 that have fallen on the foundation from under the floor is performed by pulling the cords 10a tied in construction.

摘要： The invention provides a bio-sensing nanodevice comprising: a stabilized G-protein coupled receptor on a support, a real time receptor-ligand binding detection method, a test composition delivery system and a test composition recognition program. The G-protein coupled receptor can be stabilized using surfactant peptide. The nanodevice provides a greater surface area for better precision and sensitivity to odorant detection. The invention further provides a microfluidic chip containing a stabilized G-protein coupled receptor immobilized on a support, and arranged in at least two dimensional microarray system. The invention also provides a method of delivering odorant comprising the step of manipulating the bubbles in complex microfluidic networks wherein the bubbles travel in a microfluidic channel carrying a variety of gas samples to a precise location on a chip. The invention further provides method of fabricating hOR17-4 olfactory receptor.

摘要： There is provided a sensing chip capable of measuring a refractive index by utilizing a long-range surface plasmon polariton, accurately measuring an accumulative refractive index in a wide range, and more easily enabling sealing for measurement. The present invention relates to the sensing chip which has a thin metal film or a strip-like metal grown on an underlayer, and has a dielectric that limits a refractive index and a dielectric buffer layer on an upper surface and a lower surface of the thin metal film or the strip-like metal. The dielectric buffer layer is attached onto the thin metal film or the strip-like metal. The thin metal film or the strip-like metal and the buffer layer are sandwiched between two dielectric layers. A hole is made in a surface of the upper dielectric layer to serve as a measurement groove.
