摘要： A robot vehicle for hot-line job for transmission and distribution lines which comprises an insulating boom formed of an insulating material at a tip end stage of multiple stage booms, a base end of which is supported on an elevated work vehicle to be capable of swinging, pivoting up and down, and extending and contracting, and a frame provided on the tip end of the insulating boom, the frame mounting thereon double arm manipulators of multishaft construction for performing a distribution work, a slide device for sliding independently these right and left double arm manipulators front to rear, and lifting arms of multishaft construction having a function of lifting a heavy article, so as to allow an operator to perform remote control. An electric actuator is used for driving the double arm manipulators and the slide device, and hydraulic manipulators for driving the lifting arms. Accordingly, a robot vehicle for hot-line job is provided to mount thereon a third arm which enables highly accurate positioning of the manipulators, remote control by an operator and automatic operation through a teaching-playback, has a function of lifting a heavy article, and is small-sized and lightweight.

摘要： A push nut formed of an annular rim and an elastic prong member having a fragile portion capable of being easily bent with a pushing force can be easily engaged with a rod-shaped article such as a shaft, consequently to firmly secure the rod-shaped article onto a frame of an electrical appliance or the like. The fragile portion of the prong member is formed by one or more slots, thin-walled parts, or grooves. The push nut engaged with the rod-shaped article can easily be disengaged by pressing down the prong member with a cylindrical tool to bend the prong member at the fragile portion, so that the rod-shaped article can be freed from the frame of the electrical appliance with little damage and can be reused effectively.

摘要： A push nut having a washer member and a push spring with radial blade pieces arranged like a truncated cone serves to firmly retain a shaft or rod onto a frame or chassis of an electrical appliance or the like. The push nut, comprising the washer member and the push spring connected by one or more connectors, can easily be formed in one body by cutting or punching out an elastic plate into an elementary flat plate and folding the elementary flat plate so as to place the push spring and washer member one on another. The push nut having the united push spring and washer member is easy to handle and produce.
