摘要： A turning motion control system for a vehicle includes an actuator, and an actuator control device for controlling the actuator so that an actual turning motion state of the vehicle becomes close to a target turning motion state. The actuator control device is designed so that its control-permitted state and its control-stopped state can be switched from one to another through a switching device operated by a driver. When an air-pressure decreased state detecting device has detected an air-pressure decreased state, the actuator control device carries out the control of the operation of the actuator, irrespective of a switching mode of the switching device. Thus, even if an air-pressure decrease or an abnormality is generated in any of wheels in a state in which the turning motion control by the actuator has been stopped, the stability of the vehicle can be ensured.

摘要： A current detecting apparatus comprises a determining unit which determines whether the electric potential of a first node or a second node is in a predetermined range. When the condition that the electric potential is not in the predetermined range continues longer than the predetermined period of time, the determining signal indicating the damage occurrence is outputted. Accordingly, the damage of the constituting elements can exactly be determined with the relatively simple configuration in a short time.

摘要： A direct drive motor system for controlling driving of the joints of a multi-jointed robot, comprising a motor portion, a rotation detecting portion, a position control portion, a speed control portion, a driving circuit and a tuning portion, wherein the motor portion is of an inductor type, the rotation detection portion uses an optical rotary encoder or magnetic resolver, and the position control portion is arranged to control in a feedback manner the rotational position of the motor with a tertiary servo system with software. The system's driving circuit has a feedback control loop for the current of the motor coil, and a detection circuit for the current includes a small signal isolator. The tuning portion tunes the servo systems of the speed control portion and the position control portion. As a result, the system simultaneously satisfies various requirements of such a direct drive motor.

摘要： A displacement detector for enabling a precise detection of a displaced quantity of the core. The displacement detector is provided with a displaceable core, a detecting coil the inductance of which varies in response to a displaced quantity and a reference resistor, wherein a transient response voltage in case of a pulse voltage being applied to the inductance and the reference resistor is detected to enable detection of the absolute value of the inductance and thereby the change in the inductance which corresponds to the displaced quantity is detected independently of the peak value or the frequency of the pulse voltage. The displacement detector is preferably used in a torque sensor for an electric powered steering system, wherein the core of the displacement detector is formed of nonmagnetic metal material, the structure is simple, and a sensitive detection of a displaced quantity of the steering torque is possible.

摘要： An arrangement for compensating the thermal characteristics of a sensor including a core movable from a neutral position in two directions along a line and two detecting coils symmetrically disposed along the line with the neutral position placed at the center of symmetry, in which sensor a change in the inductance of the two detecting coils due to the movement thereof is electrically detected, the arrangement being adapted so that the numbers of wire turns in the two detecting coils are set different to compensate a mechanically produced change in the thermal characteristics of the sensor. The arrangement allows a mechanical positional difference between the detecting coils and the core due to a temperature change to be compensated and an output voltage drift due to a temperature change to be reduced, thus increasing sensor accuracy.

A motor driver circuit is disposed in the cylindrical housing for energizing the electric motor with the electric energy supplied from the power supply based on the motor control signal. An insert-molded board is disposed in the housing and electrically interconnecting the electric motor, the motor control circuit, and the motor driver circuit. The insert-molded board comprises electric conductors and a body of synthetic resin molded around the electric conductors.
