摘要： A disposable wearing article includes a liquid-pervious topsheet, a liquid-impervious backsheet, a liquid-absorbent core interposed between the top- and backsheets, a pair of liquid-impervious leak-barrier sheets and a pair of elastically stretchable sheets. Each portion of the aforesaid sheets placed one upon another are joined together by means of adhesives and the core is joined to inner surfaces of the top- and backsheets by means of adhesives. Adhesives are defined by a plurality of adhesive lines continuously extending in a given direction and each of the adhesive lines includes first and second zones arranged alternately in the given direction along the adhesive line. A quantity of adhesives in the first zone is much more than a quantity of adhesives in the second zone.

摘要： A down-shift control system is provided, by which if sufficient torque cannot be obtained for an acceleration request or intention at a shift position, a down-shift operation is suitably performed so as to realize a reliable driving capability and no shift-busy phenomenon occurs. The system includes a section for calculating target driving force of a vehicle according to a degree of opening of an accelerator pedal and a speed of the vehicle; a section for detecting the present shift position of the vehicle; a section for calculating target engine torque based on the target driving force and the present shift position; a section for comparing the target engine torque with a set value determined according to torque characteristics of the engine; a section for performing an accumulating operation relating to the degree of opening if it is judged that the target engine torque equals or exceeds the set value; and a section for outputting a down-shift command if the accumulated value exceeds a threshold relating to the degree of opening.

The actuator control device is designed so that its control-permitted state and its control-stopped state can be switched from one to another through a switching device operated by a driver. When an air-pressure decreased state detecting device has detected an air-pressure decreased state, the actuator control device carries out the control of the operation of the actuator, irrespective of a switching mode of the switching device. Thus, even if an air-pressure decrease or an abnormality is generated in any of wheels in a state in which the turning motion control by the actuator has been stopped, the stability of the vehicle can be ensured.

摘要： A brake fluid pressure retaining unit for a vehicle comprises a solenoid valve SV arranged in a brake fluid passage FP between a master cylinder MC and a wheel cylinder WC so as to shut off or communicate the brake fluid passage FP. In the case that a transmission of the vehicle is shifted to a driving position, the solenoid valve SV is switched to a shut-off position when the vehicle stops with a brake pedal BP depressed. The solenoid valve SV is switched to a communicating position when driving force is exerted on the vehicle. Brake fluid pressure is retained within the wheel cylinder WC when the solenoid valve SV is in the shut-off position. The brake fluid pressure within the wheel cylinder is retained after releasing the brake pedal so that braking force continues to act on the vehicle. The brake fluid pressure retaining unit comprises control means CU such that when the solenoid valve is in the shut-off position and the transmission is shifted to a non-driving position, the solenoid valve SV is returned to the communicating position on condition that depression of the brake pedal BP is released.
