摘要： A direct drive motor system for controlling driving of the joints of a multi-jointed robot, comprising a motor portion, a rotation detecting portion, a position control portion, a speed control portion, a driving circuit and a tuning portion, wherein the motor portion is of an inductor type, the rotation detection portion uses an optical rotary encoder or magnetic resolver, and the position control portion is arranged to control in a feedback manner the rotational position of the motor with a tertiary servo system with software. The system's driving circuit has a feedback control loop for the current of the motor coil, and a detection circuit for the current includes a small signal isolator. The tuning portion tunes the servo systems of the speed control portion and the position control portion. As a result, the system simultaneously satisfies various requirements of such a direct drive motor.

摘要： In a method of and apparatus for controlling a plasticizing process of a resin of an in-line screw-type injection molding machine, a position of the screw is continuously detected in accordance with the movement thereof and a control function is determined by a back pressure of the screw which is compensated for by taking into consideration such as resin heating energy and shearing energy, which determine a temperature distribution of a resin to be injected. The operating condition, particularly the number of revolutions and the back pressure of the screw, is controlled on the basis of the screw position so as to make uniform the temperature distribution of the resin.

摘要： A technique is disclosed for displaying monitoring data of a continuously varying operation condition of a drive mechanism driven by an actuator, in which data of one operation cycle of the drive mechanism is detected preliminarily as reference data and data for another operation cycle succeeding to the one operation cycle is detected. The last-detected data is then superposed on the reference data and displayed on a coordinate axis on a monitor to show deviation between the reference data and the detected data of each operation cycle. Allowable uppermost and lowermost limit data of the reference data are also calculated and displayed on the same coordinate axis of the displaying surface of the monitor.

摘要： An apparatus for supervising an injection stroke of an injection machine of the type wherein injection parameters are detected at a number of points in a filling stroke, and detected parameters are sequentially sampled at a plurality of points over the entire filling stroke, the filling stroke is divided into a plurality of regions, and the injection parameters measured in respective divided regions are judged as to whether the parameters can produce satisfactory products or not. Such parameters are used as reference values and sequentially sampled parameters are subtracted by the reference values. 摘要： A method of monitoring data concerning injection pressure in an injection molding machine is disclosed in which a multipoint sampling technique is used to acquire and store injection pressure reference data in the form of a time varying data curve for a first injection molding cycle. The reference data is used to form upper allowance data which is stored in the form of a time varying data curve having a constant offset from the reference data curve. The upper allowance data is then compared with injection pressure data acquired using a multipoint sampling technique during a second injection molding cycle and an alarm is issued if the data acquired in the second injection molding cycle exceeds the upper allowance data.
