摘要： A sauna cabinet is humidified and heated without airborne perceivable water drops by the use of a fine spray. The user can thus remain comfortably in the sauna cabinet that is free of airborne perceivable water drops. The user's view is also not clouded by mist. Accordingly, the user can enjoy viewing images and reading books in the sauna cabinet, and a user's sensible temperature distribution in the sauna cabinet is also uniform. This sauna equipment thus provides uniform temperature and humidity even in a large bathroom. The sauna equipment includes a first circulator and a second circulator for circulating air in the sauna cabinet, an air heater for heating supplied air, and a water atomizer for turning supplied water into fine water drops.

摘要： An apparatus for adjusting the fuel amount of a diesel engine is capable of preventing a decrease in the accuracy of the adjustment of the fuel amount. An engine stop operation input portion 12 is installed in the slider 5 and an engine stop operation output portion 13 is opposite to the engine stop operation input portion 12. When an engine stop operation is performed, engine stop operation force 14 is inputted from the engine stop operation output portion 13 to the engine stop operation input portion 12 and the slider 5 slides in the direction of the decrease in the fuel amount with the governor lever 1 remained intact so that the engine is stopped. A virtual line 16 is assumed to pass through a central portion of the biasing spring 9 when seen from a direction parallel to the adjustment amount rack pin 8.

摘要： A diamond film is deposited in the thickness of 20 &mgr;m on a silicon wafer 0.8 mm thick by filament CVD. Here the hydrogen content of the diamond film is adjusted in the range of not less than 1% nor more than 5% in atomic percent. By mechanical polishing with a grinding wheel including diamond abrasives, the diamond film is smoothed so that the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the surface thereof becomes not more than 20 nm.

摘要： A surface acoustic wave device includes at least diamond, a single crystal LiNbO.sub.3 layer formed on the diamond, and an interdigital transducer formed in contact with the LiNbO.sub.3 layer and uses a surface acoustic wave (wavelength: .lambda..sub.n .mu.m) in an nth-order mode (n=1 or 2). When the thickness of the LiNbO.sub.3 layer is t.sub.1 (.mu.m), kh.sub.1 =2.pi.(t.sub.1 /.lambda..sub.n) and the cut orientation (.theta., .PHI., and .psi. represented by an Eulerian angle representation) with respect to the crystallographic fundamental coordinate system of the LiNbO.sub.3 layer are selected from values within specific ranges. Consequently, a surface acoustic wave device which increases the propagation velocity (V) of a surface acoustic wave and improves the electromechanical coupling coefficient (K.sup.2) is realized.
