摘要： Polymer microgel particles dispersed in an aqueous medium. PEDOT-PSS complex, with excess fixed negative charge and dispersed in aqueous media are crosslinked. Because of the network structure and due to the gel nature of the particles used as its building block, provides the prepared gel material with excellent access of the electrolyte solution to the polymer chains. The electrical connectivity of the polymer chains is further improved by eletropolymerization of another conducting polymer, such as polypyrrole (PPy), polyaniline (PAni), using the polymer gel as the template.

摘要： In a method in the fabrication of an organic thin-film semiconducting device comprising an electrode arrangement with electrodes contacting a semiconducting organic material, an anode in the electrode arrangement is made as a two-layer structure, where the first layer is a conducting or semiconducting material or a combination thereof deposited on a substrate and a second layer is a conducting polymer with a work function higher than that of the material in the first layer. A third layer consisting of semiconducting organic material and forming the active material of the device is deposited on the top of the anode, and the cathode made of a fourth layer of a metal deposited on a third layer. In a preferred embodiment a low work function metal is used in the first layer, a doped conjugated polymer such as PEDOT-PSS in the second layer, while the cathode may be formed of the same metal as used in the first layer. Use in the manufacturing of the electrode arrangement in an organic thin-film diode or in a transistor structure.

摘要： The following invention discloses a type of electronic circuits that is realized directly on textile. The circuit has opto-electronic functions that are realized with a number of components integrated into the textile. These components comprise electronically and/or optically active material, that are supported by fabric elements. The components furthermore include an electrolyte. The components have lest two separated structures of an active material, and the electrolyte is in direct contact with the two separated active structures in that component. The separated structures can control their electrical and optical character through the electrolyte. These types of devices are very suitable for implementation in textile, since they are quite insensitive to the spacing between the separated active structures.

摘要： In a method for patterning a polymer film forming a coating on a material surface, a thin film of polymer is deposited on the surface and the patterning takes place by applying to the material surface a stamp made of an elastomeric material in conformal contact with the surface of the thin film, such that portions thereof contacting one or more protruding elements of the elastomeric stamp formed by one or more indentations thereof, are attached to the protruding element or elements and removed from the material surface with the stamp. In a method for transferring a patterned polymer film onto a material surface, a thin film polymer is deposited on a stamp surface and the stamp is applied in conformal contact with the material surface, such that thin film of polymer is transferred thereto from one or more protruding elements of the elastomeric stamp formed by at least one indentation thereof, thus leaving a patterned thin film of polymer on the material surface when removing the stamp therefrom. Use for patterning an etched resist in the form of a thin film of polymer on a gold layer.
