摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric ottoman which can prevent damaging of clothes or stockings of a person to be seated by, for example, a screwed part of a side cover covering a reclining mechanism disposed on a side of a seat cushion, and to improve appearance. SOLUTION: A control lever 20, which is disposed so as to cover a screwed part of a side cover 16, operates an electric driving mechanism 10 including an electric motor 6 for driving an ottoman 4, which is disposed so as to rotate in a front end of a seat cushion 2. The control lever 20 is fitted to a rotating shaft of a rotary switch. By rotating the control lever 20, the electric motor 6 is driven in both directions for rotating the ottoman 4 between a contained position along a front end of the seat cushion 2 and a foot-resting position roughly parallel with a seating face of the seat cushion 2. A seat construction figure 21 is shown in the right of the control lever 20 of the side cover 16, wherein the control lever 20 is assumed as the ottoman 4.

SOLUTION: An insert material 15 inserted into the base part 12 of the synthetic resin lever 11 is formed of a 1st plate material 21 and a 2nd plate material 22. A square shaft hole 24 is bored in the center of the 1st plate material 21 and plural recessed cut parts 26 are formed in the outer peripheral edge. A circular shaft hole 28 is formed in the center of the 2nd plate material 22, an outer peripheral edge part 30 which is raised from and formed on the 2nd plate material 22, and plural projection parts 32 are formed at the outer peripheral edge part 30. The projection parts 32 are caulked and engaged with the recessed cut parts 26 respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance tensile strength and tear strength by mixing a urethane type binder with linear or strip like chip materials having appropriate length formed by grinding a urethan material by a grinder to entangle the linear or strip like materials. CONSTITUTION: A waste urethane material 13 is sent into the nip between a pair of upper and lower material pressing feed rollers 33 by a material feed conveyor 31 to be compressed by both rolls and ground into linear or strip chip materials 16 by a large number of the cutter blades 35 of a rotary drum 25. The ground linear or strip like chip materials 16 having predetermined length and a predetermined size are passed through the filter 37 provided behind the rotary drum 25 to be received in a silo through a sending-out port 29. The waste material 13 not passed through the filter is placed on a material return conveyor 41 to be returned to the material feed conveyor 31. The linear or strip like chip materials 16 received in the silo are supplied to a mixer to be mixed with a urethane type binder and entagled by this mixing in a reticulated state and superposed one upon another to be formed into a three-dimensional structure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a chip molded product having a desired accurate shape, by integrally applying press molding to a chip material in such a state that the upper end surface thereof is covered when difference of height is formed to the upper end surface of a molded product. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mold 11 is equipped with a lower mold 12 and an upper mold 13 each of which has an inverted U-shaped molding surface and nets 16, 17 are arranged to the lower and upper end surfaces of a chip material 15. The nets 16, 17 have the mesh size corresponding to the size of the chip material 15 and are formed of a material having extensibility. When the mold 11 is a heating mold, the chip material 15 held between the nets 16, 17 are subjected to press molding by clamping the lower and upper molds 12, 13 to obtain a chip molded product having a desired shape. When a press mold is used at ambient temp, the chip material 15 is inserted between the lower and upper molds 12, 13 in a heated state to be subjected to press molding. The lower end 13a of the upper mold 13 is brought into contact with the net 15 when the upper mold 13 is allowed to fall but the chip material 15 is not directly brought into contact with said lower end 13a and, therefore, the whole of the chip material 15 is accurately subjected to press molding.
