摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily constitute a synthetic resin lever, to stop the rotation of an insert material in the synthetic resin lever, to surely transmit the torque of rotation to a rotary shaft, to prevent deformation in molding of the synthetic resin lever, and to improve the strength and durability. SOLUTION: An insert material 15 inserted into the base part 12 of the synthetic resin lever 11 is formed of a 1st plate material 21 and a 2nd plate material 22. A square shaft hole 24 is bored in the center of the 1st plate material 21 and plural recessed cut parts 26 are formed in the outer peripheral edge. A circular shaft hole 28 is formed in the center of the 2nd plate material 22, an outer peripheral edge part 30 which is raised from and formed on the 2nd plate material 22, and plural projection parts 32 are formed at the outer peripheral edge part 30. The projection parts 32 are caulked and engaged with the recessed cut parts 26 respectively.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method of producing a trim board, which comprises by steps: (a) hot-pressing trimming and piercing a resin-impregnated substrate at the same time to produce a shaped substrate; (b) laying an outer skin member onto one surface of the shaped substrate with an interposal of a hot-melt sheet therebetween; (c) pressing the outer skin member against the shaped substrate while the shaped substrate is still hot, thereby to produce a skin covered unfinished trim board; (d) trimming and piercing the outer skin member at portions which correspond to the portions of the shaped substrate at which the trimming and piercing have been carried out at the step (a), the step (d) being so made that a peripheral portion of the outer skin member at which the trimming and piercing have been effected protrudes by a certain degree beyond a peripheral edge of the shaped substrate at which the trimming and piercing have been effected; and (e) turning back the protruding peripheral portion of the outer skin member and fixing the same to a peripheral back portion of the shaped substrate.

摘要： To reduce labor for repositioning seats within a vehicle and to allow flexible arrangement of seat positioning for optimizing cargo space, a movable seat 3 is provided with a slide locking mechanism 33 disposed between a sliding member 12 mounting the seat and a fixed rail 7 along which the seat may be moved. Seating positions and stowed positions of the movable seat 3 are defined along the rail 7. A second locking mechanism 61 is disposed on the sliding member 12. The arrangement of the locking mechanisms 33,61 is such that the movable seat 3 may not be moved to a stowed position when the seat is unfolded, that is, when a latch pin 63 of the second locking mechanism 61 is projected. The second locking mechanism 61 is disengaged by folding the movable seat 3 to a stowed condition and movement of the seat to a stowed position is then allowed. Seat positioning flexibility, cargo space options, and passenger safety are all improved according to provision of such a seating system.

A bush mounted on the large mounting hole 13 on the side and E-rings 25 and 26 are mounted on the end parts 11a and 11b of the operation lever 11 protruded to the outside of the frame 12.
