摘要： PURPOSE: To improve working efficiency remarkably by eliminating classifying work and control of tip materials whose hardness is different from each other, and facilitating integration of a jointed surface of pad materials whose hardness is different and shortening molding time and drying time. CONSTITUTION: A tip material is formed by crushing waste materials such as urethane with a crusher. The tip material is mixed with a hinder by means of a mixer, and a mixture 21 is molded by a press molding pattern 31. A partition wall 51 is installed onto the press molding pattern 31 so as to be taken out of and put in it. Mixtures 21a, 21b are inserted respectively in a small chamber formed by the partition wall 51, and the press molding die 31 is tightened. The partition wall 51 is then drawn out from the press molding due 31, and stream of water content necessary for reaction of the binder is supplied to reactively cure the binder.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance tensile strength and tear strength by mixing a urethane type binder with linear or strip like chip materials having appropriate length formed by grinding a urethan material by a grinder to entangle the linear or strip like materials. CONSTITUTION: A waste urethane material 13 is sent into the nip between a pair of upper and lower material pressing feed rollers 33 by a material feed conveyor 31 to be compressed by both rolls and ground into linear or strip chip materials 16 by a large number of the cutter blades 35 of a rotary drum 25. The ground linear or strip like chip materials 16 having predetermined length and a predetermined size are passed through the filter 37 provided behind the rotary drum 25 to be received in a silo through a sending-out port 29. The waste material 13 not passed through the filter is placed on a material return conveyor 41 to be returned to the material feed conveyor 31. The linear or strip like chip materials 16 received in the silo are supplied to a mixer to be mixed with a urethane type binder and entagled by this mixing in a reticulated state and superposed one upon another to be formed into a three-dimensional structure.

Further, the chip material 16 is aspirated or allowed to drop from carry-out holes opened at the top and bottom positions of the other side or from carry-out holes formed in small chambers at a varying distance from the feed port. 摘要： PURPOSE: To shorten a molding time and a drying time by mixing a urethane binder with a chip material obtained by grinding a urethane waste material to charge the resulting mixture in a press mold and supplying steam to the mixture in an amt. necessary for the reaction of the binder while supplying hot air thereto in the quantity of heat necessary for the curing of the binder. CONSTITUTION: A urethane waste material is ground by a grinder to form a chip material which is, in turn, mixed with a urethane binder in a mixer and the resulting mixture is charged in the lower mold 22 of a press mold 21 and molded into a desired shape by the freely liftable upper mold 23 of the press mold 21. A small chamber 27 is formed under the bottom wall 26 of the lower mold 22 and a steam generator 28 and a hot air generator 29 are connected to the small chamber 27 to supply steam and hot air into the lower mold 22 from a large number of the small holes 26a of the bottom wall 26. Hot air and steam are supplied while changed over by a changeover valve 33. The binder of the mixture is reacted by the supply of steam and the binder is cured by hot air to form a molding. By this constitution, a molding time and a drying time can be shortened and working efficiency can be enhanced.

At the time of integrally bonding the materials 12 and 16 to each other, the surface of the section 12a coated with the adhesive 14 is heated from the upper side thereof by means of a heater and the adhesive 4 is thereby activated. Then, the materials 12 and 16 are pressed and attached to each other and integrally bonded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformize a foaming state and to enhance the integrated bonding strength of a foamed resin and a frame, by a method wherein the resin raw solution injected in a mold is allowed to flow to respective parts from the receiving port formed to the frame through a passage and injected in the respective parts in the mold through an injection port. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a cushion frame 4 is temporarily fixed to an upper mold 2, a receiving port 6 is positioned in opposed relation to a resin injection head 3 and, when a foamable resin raw solution is injected from the resin injection head 3 in a clamped state, the resin raw solution flows to respective parts from the receiving port 6 through the pipe like internal passage 7 of a frame main body 4a to be injected in the respective parts through many small holes 8 in a dispersed state. Therefore, the foamable resin raw solution injected in the respective parts of the mold in a dispersed state starts foaming in this state and, on the side of the rear, molding is completed in such a state that the frame 4 is unified in an embedded or semi-embedded state. At the point of time when molding is completed, the hollow interior of the frame main body 4a is filled with a foamed pad be contribute to the enhancement of the integrated bonding strength of the foamed pad and the frame 4.

Any one of the upper parts, 22a, 23a of the molds 22, 23 is made open, and the row liquid of foaming synthetic resin is injected into the gap between the skin material 15 and a frame 12 in the state where the opening 17 is expanded by pushing, and then the opening 17 is closed, and after the molds 22, 23 have been closed, the resin is foamed and cured, whereby the pad 13 is molded integrally with the skin material 15 and the frame 12.
