摘要： To achieve high-resolution lithography, the temperature of a sample is controlled with heater wires during electron-beam lithography, the adverse effect of a magnetic field induced by the heater current is suppressed. Namely, heater wires are used to control the temperature of a sample so that the temperature will be maintained constant. In order to minimize the adverse effect of a magnetic field during the passage of currents through the heater wires, two heater wires are layered with the arrangement of the upper and lower sides, currents are fed to flow through the heater wires in mutually opposite directions, and the ratio of the current flowing through the upper heater wire to the one flowing through the lower heater wire is slightly changed from zero.

摘要： An electron beam lithography apparatus of the present invention prevents the electron beam trajectory from being affected by a leakage magnetic field from a permanent magnet which is used as a sample stage guide/driving mechanism. In this electron beam lithography apparatus, an air bearing guide is used as a sample stage guide mechanism, and the stage posture is held by attracting the stage floating on a surface plate to the surface plate side by the permanent magnet. To avoid the leakage magnetic field from the permanent magnet from affecting the electron beam irradiation position on the sample, the permanent magnet is magnetically shielded by a shield member. In addition, to reduce variations in magnetic field above the sample, which are generated when the shield member moves in a leakage magnetic field from the electron lens, another shield member is arranged under the electron lens.

摘要： A work management method and system which manage a project executed by individuals or groups belonging to an organization. In response to a phase transition request from a task management unit, a workflow management unit performs transition and activation of a business phase included in a process definition, sets a work in work management table, and issues a task addition request. In response to an event addition request or a deletion request, an event management unit adds or deletes events to or from an event queue, monitors an occurrence of the event and, when the event occurs, sends a task status transition request to the task management unit. In response to the task addition request, the task management unit sets a task name and a task status name in the work management table, generates the event associated with the task name, issues the event addition request. In response to the task status transition request described above, the task management unit sets the task status name, such as “execute” or “complete”, in a task status column according to the type of the event. When the event type is “execute”, the task management unit generates the event and issues the event addition request; when the event type is “complete”, the unit issues a request to delete the generated event. When the task status values of all tasks, including the task that has completed, of the business phase are “complete”, the task management unit issues the phase transition request.

The Nb.sub.3 Al multi-filamentary superconducting wire includes a core formed of copper or copper alloy and located at the center of the wire; a multi-filamentary superconductor layer located around the core and having filaments containing Nb and Al as constituent elements embedded in a matrix formed of copper or copper alloy; and a high resistance layer located around the multi-filamentary superconductor layer, and is characterized in that a sectional area of the core is at least 15% of the total sectional area of the core and the matrix and that the core and the matrix are formed of copper or copper alloy of at least 99.9% purity.

The system stores and interprets control information relating to the flow of an OA object on the network, which has been conventionally involved in the memory of an office worker, and guides the office worker to work to be done by the office worker. As a result, the chance that the OA object will stagnate at a certain location is reduced, and the circulation of OA objects on the network is improved.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an Nb.sub.3 Al superconducting wire includes a step of forming a wire by a jelly-roll process, a first thermal step of heating the obtained wire at a temperature of 500.degree. to 700.degree. C. for at least 10 hours for diffusing Al in Nb while suppressing formation of Nb.sub.3 Al, and a second thermal step of heating the wire, after the first thermal step, at a temperature of 800.degree. to 1050.degree. C. for about 0.01 to 10 hours, thereby forming Nb.sub.3 Al. In the jelly-roll process, a sheet of Nb and a sheet of Al are lap-wound on a copper core. The material obtained by such lap winding is inserted in a copper pipe, and then subjected to drawing. The drawn wire is cut to obtain a plurality of segments. The plurality of segments are bundled and charged in a copper pipe, and then subjected to drawing. The resulting drawn wire is subjected to the first and second thermal steps. In this manner a superconducting material having a high critical current density under a high magnetic field is obtained.
