    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that conventionally: a separation point, for separating people who wear diapers from people who do not wear diapers among people using wheelchairs once, is not clarified; a rehabilitation method, for preventing wearing of diapers causing rapid reduction of time and labor of care, is not established either; and there is a demand for rehabilitation not putting loads on the hips or knee joints for people with gonitis and people with lumbago.SOLUTION: For a rehabilitation machine capable of measuring muscular force, a care receiver is turned to a balance state through a movable water tank and a ring with an outer ring groove, and is made to stand up by the weight of water for lacking force by putting water into the movable water tank for the lacking force for the time when the care receiver stands up by himself/herself with the force of both legs. When legs cannot be raised even in a standing state, strings attached to both knee joints are put around the ring with the outer ring groove attached on a tower, a weight for pull-up is suspended and the knees are pulled up.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care lift for the exclusive use of a cared person on a wheelchair who can stand up only if a carer inserts his/her both hands under the cared person's both arms and raises the latter a little.
      SOLUTION: A wire 2 hanging down via a pulley located at the end of a square arm tube 8 pulls up the cared person. The wire passes through the square arm tube, passes through a short pipe 7 via another pulley, and then through each of plural metal weights. There are provided a hanging ring halfway down the square arm tube and a pedal near its bottom end facing a floor. Each weight located within a long pipe has a valve 6 whose thread end thrust into a hole of the long pipe thrusts into the weight groove to make the weight float up within the long pipe. By rotating each valve, the weight drops down through the long pipe until a metal weight stopper stops it. The metal weight stopper pulls down two wire ropes by the distance corresponding to the weight applied and pulls up the cared person and the pedal connected with these ropes.
