    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer collection support system to a webpage that can provide a customer collection effect as expected by each webpage providing company by surely avoiding an inconvenient situation that competitive companies meet with each other within a continuous reproduction group even while guaranteeing a user's free access to each image of a moving picture library arranged on the Internet. SOLUTION: This customer collection support system to a webpage includes a plurality of moving picture files each downloadable to client terminals (1) and arranged on the Internet (4) and moving picture reproduction management software incorporated in the client terminals (1) and for managing moving picture reproduction. At least moving picture file identification information, link destination webpage identification information and moving picture group identification information are attached to each of the moving picture files. The moving picture reproduction management software prevents the competitive companies from coexisting within a series of reproduction groups by performing an exclusive grouping function on the basis of the moving picture group identification information.     • The present invention is intended to speed up rendering that is performed in the course of displaying a document that contains both icons and characters. A character display device that displays a document containing both icons and characters includes: a searching unit that searches the position in the document where an icon appears, a counter unit that counts the number of characters which successively appear until the position where the icon appears searched by the searching unit; and a rendering unit that renders the same number of characters, which successively appear, as the number of characters counted by the counter after designating the attributes shared by the characters, and then renders the icon after designating the attributes of the icon.
