摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating fine powder by which a calcium component and a lead component can be separated and recovered from fine powder containing the calcium component and the lead component by a simple operation while reducing the number of treatment steps and chemicals to be used. SOLUTION: The method for treating fine powder comprises: a step (A) of mixing fine powder containing the calcium component and the lead component, water and a sulfurizing agent to obtain slurry containing sulfurized lead being solid content; a step (B) of adding sulfuric acid to the slurry obtained in the step (A) to adjust the pH of the slurry to 1.5-7.5 and obtain the slurry containing sulfurized lead being the solid content and calcium sulfate; a step (C) of adding a collecting agent to the slurry obtained in the step (B) to hydrophobize the sulfurized lead in the slurry; and a step (D) of subjecting the slurry obtained in the step (C) to flotation treatment to obtain a floating mineral containing the sulfurized lead and a precipitated mineral containing calcium sulfate. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method for a selenium-containing solution which can reduce the amount of an added ferrous compound required for removing selenium in a solution like waste water generated after washing dust, and decrease the concentration of selenium in the treated solution to or below an effluent standard value (≤0.1 mg/l as a residual selenium concentration).
SOLUTION: The treating method comprises (A) a process where an acid is added to selenium-containing waste water in a pretreatment tank 2 to adjust its pH to 4 or below and in such a condition, the ferrous compound like ferrous chloride is added thereto to obtain a solution containing divalent iron ions, (B) a process where an alkali agent 16 like calcium hydroxide is added at an alkali agent supply opening 15 while making the solution obtained in the process (A) flow into a passage 3 and the pH of the solution on the downstream side is adjusted to 8-12 to obtain a solution containing a solid comprising metal selenium and ferrous hydroxide, and (C) a process where the solution obtained in the process (B) is subjected to solid-liquid separation by using a filter 5.

The cement kiln chlorine/sulfur bypass system comprises an air bleed means for bleeding a kiln exhaust gas passage, which runs from the end of the cement kiln to a bottom cyclone, of a part of the combustion gas, a separating means for separating dust in the gas bled by the air bleed means into coarse particles and fine particles, and a wet dust collector for collecting dust from the gas containing the fine particles separated by the separating means. The separating means is preferably a classifier in which the cut size is changeable. The wet dust collector is preferably a mixing scrubber. The mixing scrubber preferably comprises a circulating liquid tank to which dust slurry collected by the mixing scrubber is supplied and a circulating system by which a part of the dust slurry in the circulating liquid tank is returned to the mixing scrubber.
