The method includes automatically diverting the flexible material from a process path, placing the flexible material in contact with a rotatable drum, and measuring spectral data of the flexible material as the drum rotates. The method also includes processing scan information to form a single image of the flexible material.

摘要： The present invention relates to a system and method for the automated mapping of corridors, in particular to a system and method for measuring encroachment of vegetation onto right of way and infrastructure components extending within corridors.Infrastructure components such as power lines, telecommunication lines, oil and gas pipe lines, extend for very long distances in corridors. The encroachment of vegetation on the infrastructure components is a problem.The present invention provides a corridor mapping system which utilises stereo image processing means arranged to process a plurality of stereo image pairs taken of the corridor to provide information on the three dimensional arrangement of components within the corridor. The system identifies infrastructure components and determines the status of the infrastructure components from the images.

The process may involve subjecting the photographic emulsion to physical pressure to deform the grains to introduce internal trapping centres for latent image formation so that a proportion of the latent image can be formed within the grains rather than on the grain surface.

摘要： The application of Lippmann photographs as a unique security device on security documents, such as, e.g. identity cards, passports, credit cards is presented. The recording of such photographs requires a special type of photosensitive film layer in contact with a reflecting layer. Panchromatic photopolymer materials can be used and, after being recorded and processed, laminated to security documents. Lippmann photographs are almost impossible to copy and, certainly, cannot be copied by conventional photography or color copying machines.
