摘要： A color measurement instrument for measuring colors of areas of interest of a target object, according to one aspect of the present invention, includes a spectral engine, a color camera, a display, and a processor. The spectral engine has a first field of view. The camera has a second field of view, the second field of view being larger than the first field of view and encompassing the first field of view. The processor is coupled to the spectral engine, camera and display. The processor to causes the spectral engine to make a color measurement of an area of interest within the first field of view and obtains from the camera a measurement image comprising a portion of the second field of view including the first field of view. The processor further causes the display of color values from a measurement made by the spectral engine along with a portion of the measurement image.

摘要： A targeting system for a spectrophotometer includes a plurality of fiber channels, including at least one measurement channel and at least one illumination channel. A slit assembly includes a translucent layer disposed adjacent the plurality of fiber channels, and reflective portion disposed adjacent the translucent layer. Each fiber channel includes a first end, the first end offset from the reflective portion of the slit assembly to allow light transfer from one fiber channel to an adjacent fiber channel. A light source is in optical communication with the at least one illumination channel. A sample plane is in optical communication with a second end of the measurement channel. The system is configured such that light is transmitted from the light source, through the at least one illumination channel, reflected off the slit assembly, transmitted through the measurement channel, and onto the sample plane.

摘要： An apparatus, system and method for targeting an image formed on an imaging member. The imaging member includes an imaging sensitive layer formed thereon. The imaging member includes imaged and non-imaged areas. Light of a predetermined wavelength reflected from a target area of the imaging member is received. The light reflected from the target area is representative of an image formed on the imaging sensitiv layer using energy at approximately the predetermined wavelength. The predetermined wavelength is suitable to initiate crosslinking of the imaging sensitive layer.

The anamorphic optical paths spread the measurement light in the first direction direct it on to different portions of the variable filter sensor.
