摘要： In one embodiment, a computing system of a vehicle may receive perception data associated with a scenario encountered by a vehicle while operating in an autonomous driving mode. The system may identify the scenario based at least on the perception data. The system may generate a performance metric associated with a vehicle navigation plan to navigate the vehicle in accordance with the identified scenario. In response to a determination that the performance metric associated with the vehicle navigation plan fails to satisfy one or more criteria for navigating the vehicle in accordance with the identified scenario, the system may trigger a disengagement operation related to disengaging the vehicle from the autonomous driving mode. The system may generate a disengagement record associated with the triggered disengagement operation. The disengagement record may include information associated with the identified scenario encountered by the vehicle related to the disengagement operation.

摘要： A multi-motor switching system and method for obtaining a global optimization of performance criteria that takes into account variables and conditions across an entire driving cycle. The controller of the system is adapted to conduct a global optimization in that it determines the most optimal distribution of motor loads over an entire trip or driving cycle, as opposed to sequentially determining the optimized solution for a given point of time and localized set of current condition. In one embodiment where the control system provides for global optimization, the controller receives trip information through a trip planning tool. The controller utilizes the trip information to generate a driving cycle and further incorporates this information into the optimization process performed by the controller to determine the optimal solution for the entire trip.

摘要： In some implementations, a route selection system obtains a first scheduled time for a first event at a venue for a passenger of an autonomous vehicle. The system determines whether the autonomous vehicle will arrive at the venue by the first scheduled time. The system obtains, in response to a determination that the autonomous vehicle will not arrive at the venue by the first scheduled time, a second scheduled time for a second event at the venue. The system determines a route to the venue based on one or more preferences of the passenger, one or more preferences of an operator of the autonomous vehicle, or any combination thereof, wherein the determined route is configured for arrival of the passenger at the venue after the first scheduled time and at or within a time period before the second scheduled time.

摘要： Systems and methods for controlling automated systems, such as robots and other devices/resources, using integer programming and column generation techniques, are provided. The system retrieves location and movement data corresponding to at least one automated system, and processes the location and movement data using an integer linear programming algorithm. The system also optimizes the integer linear programming algorithm using a column generation algorithm, and solves a pricing problem associated with generating routes for the at least one automated system. Then, the system generates a route based on outputs of the integer linear programming algorithm, the column generation algorithm, and solving of the pricing problem, and transmits the route to the at least one automated system, the at least one automated system executing the route to control a location or a movement of the at least one automated system.

The disclosed technology can include accessing travel data that includes information associated with a starting location and a destination. Convenience costs associated with an availability of facilities within the regions associated with each of routes can also be determined. A travel route can be selected from the routes. The travel route can be selected based in part on the travel costs, the convenience costs, and travel criteria. The travel criteria can be associated with travel preferences. Furthermore, route data that can include information associated indications based in part on the travel route can be generated.
