    • The invention relates to a vehicle which glides over the ground, comprising a glider part (1) turned towards the ground, a support structure (2) placed on said glider part (1), and a seat structure (3) mounted on said support structure (2).     • A steerable sports scooter (10) including a bi-laterally pivotable independent forward portion (12), a hand-operable direction controller (14), and an independent rearward portion (28) in secured communication with the forward portion (12) and having a support surface (30) upon which to stand.
