摘要： A syringe head with tamper evident closure for a syringe having a piston and cylindrical barrel which has a neck with an axial liquid outlet channel and a circumferential bead to secure the syringe head, with a hollow needle fitted in a holder (5), a needle holder guide (6) into which the needle holder can be screwed on a thread and a protective cap (1) against which bears, at a break point, a securing section receiving the needle holder guide and acting together with the circumferential bead on the barrel neck. The protective cap has axial ribs (16, 16') at the inner periphery which engage with corresponding grooves in the needle holder to rotate it. Between the needle holder guide and the barrel neck, there is, in the securing section, a sealing disc which can be pierced by the distal end of the needle, and the protective cap has a stop rib (16') on its inner periphery, in the region of the needle holder guide, which with the protective cap in the inoperative position bears against one side of a stop (18) projecting from the outer periphery of the needle holder guide.
