摘要： The present invention discloses a syringe 100. The syringe 100 comprises a barrel 102 with a needle 101 arranged at a distal end 1 10 of the barrel 102. The barrel 102 is adapted to contain a drug and the barrel 102 has a tubular wall extending proximaily from the distal end 110. The barrel 102 extends along an axis 1000. The syringe 100 further comprises a plunger stopper 103 disposed within the barrel 102, wherem the plunger stopper 103 is adapted to be in fluid-tight engagement with the tubular wall of the barrel 102. The plunger stopper 103 has a thread profile 105b. The syringe 100 also comprises a plunger rod 104 extending along the axis 1000, wherem said plunger rod 104 has a thread profile 105a that engaging with the thread profile 105b of the plunger stopper 103. The engaged plunger stopper 103 and plunger rod 104 are being displaceable along the axis 1000 within the barrel 102. 摘要： An automatic injection device has an insertion needle configured to be inserted into a patient and a drug container which contains a pharmaceutical product. The drug container includes a plunger. The automatic injection device also has a fluid path which fluidly connects the drug container to the insertion needle. The automatic injection device further has a drive system configured to cause linear movement of the plunger to force the pharmaceutical product into the fluid path. The drive system has a driving element and a movable element. The automatic injection device additionally has electronics configured to provide a signal to the drive system to move the plunger. The movable element has an outer magnet at least partially surrounding the drug container and an inner magnet inside the drug container.

摘要： A plunger for use with a syringe has a plunger body with a proximal end, a distal end, and a circumferential sidewall extending between the proximal end and the distal end along a plunger longitudinal axis. The plunger further has at least one resiliently deflectable retaining member having a first segment attached to the plunger body and a second segment protruding toward the distal end of the plunger body and deflectable relative to the first segment. The plunger further has at least one actuation member associated with the at least one resiliently deflectable retaining member. The at least one actuation member interacts with a piston to deflect the at least one resiliently deflectable retaining member upon rotation of the plunger relative to the piston. The plunger is engagable with the piston regardless of a rotational orientation of the piston relative to the plunger.

The device comprises a housing (10) having a tubular portion (12) with an inner thread, a piston rod (30) having a threaded portion (31) and a distal end, and a bearing (140) having a distal face and a proximal face. The bearing (140) comprises a retaining stem (142) protruding from the proximal face. The piston rod (30) comprises a distal portion having an outer diameter which is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner thread of the tubular portion (12) and comprising at its distal end at least one retaining clip (33, 33') engaging the retaining stem (142). The axial length of the tubular portion (12) is smaller than or equal to the axial distance between the proximal face of the bearing disc (141) and the distal end of the threaded portion (31) of the piston rod (30). During manufacturing of the device, the retaining clip (33, 33') engages the retaining stem (142) prior to the inner thread of the tubular portion (12) engages with the threaded portion (31) of the piston rod (30).
