摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a building material from a mixture of unscreened thermoplastic waste and mineral, preferably mineral aggregate. The crushed and/or screened mineral and plastic waste are washed, whereafter the mineral is heated to a predetermined temperature, and a given amount of plastic granules or plastic flakes made from the unscreened thermoplastic waste is mixed with the heated mineral aggregate. In the dosing and/or scattering stage, heated fine-grained filler mineral aggregate is further added to the resulting mass. The mass is dosed or scattered on a coating material, and the building material is pressed by compression moulding or flat-pressing and/or calendering to final thickness into slabs, blocks, bricks or boards. Applications include for example insulation boards used in soil mechanics, paving slabs or bricks, concrete formwork boards or blocks, noise and sight barrier elements, fire-, sound- and moisture-proofing slabs.

摘要： In a process for recycling blown plastics, the plastic is first ground, melted, degassed and filtered. The degassed plastic is re-blown in the same plant before it has solidifed, and, in order to make the degree of blowing uniform, the quantity of gas introduced into the plastic is controlled in relation to the quantity of plastic taken to the blowing plant per unit time and the pressure of the plastic taken to the blowing plant is preferably kept as constant as possible. The device for implementing said process has an extruder (12, 13) to plasticise and degas the plastic, the outlet (15) of which is connected via at least one line (16) to a mixer (25) to which a gas supply device (29) is also connected. In the line (16) there is a melt pump (23) for the plastic, the flow rate of which is used as a guiding factor for the gas supply which is provided via a device (29) which is controlled by a control device (22) in proportion to the running speed of the melt pump (23).

The material may then be co-extruded with a reinforcement structure and forced into vacuum profile dies or compression molded and to form a product and cooled.

The thermoplasticised mixture is shaped by an extrusion die into a preliminary section. 摘要： Described is a method of re-using used expanded polyurethane, in which the starting material is first dried to a cavity moisture content of 2 to 4 % and then introduced into a multi mould (16, 17, 18) designed to give the required moulding (32). The parts of the mould (16, 17, 18) are then pressed together by a pressure of less than 20 N/mm and locked in place. The moulds (16, 17, 18) are heated at this pressure in a tunnel kiln (20) so that the mouldings reach a temperature of about 130 DEG C. After a specified dwell time, the moulds (16, 17, 18) are opened under pressure and the mouldings (32) removed. The method described is suitable for the production of 42-mm-thick mouldings (32) of an appropriate size. Instead of the moulds (16, 17, 18), a two-component device can be used. Furthermore, the use of turntables (14, 41, 44) is also possible, in which case the compression and dwell time can be shortened by the addition of an accelerator. Nearly continuous operation is possible with this method, which has only one compression step.
