摘要： The invention relates to an injection moulding device for the moulding of at least two components, of which at least one component is made from plastic, with injector units comprising extrusion nozzles, connected by means of connection lines to the provided cavities of the separable machine tool, which may be installed between one movable and one fixed machine tool clamping plate. A first connection line (11) is provided for the first component and a second connection line (41) for the second core component, to each of which feed lines (21-2n, 51-5n) are connected, which may be individually shut off by means of a stop cock device (31-3n, 61-6n). 摘要： A multilayer plastic container having enhanced strength for high temperature and pressure applications such as the pasteurization of carbonated juice drinks. The container is commercially cost-effective in comparison to prior art pasteurizable glass containers, and provides all of the advantages of plastic over glass, i.e., lightweight, shatter-resistant, etc. In a particular embodiment, the multilayer container includes inner and outer layers of a relatively high IV virgin PET, e.g., 0.85-0.90 dl/g, and a core layer of post-consumer PET having a substantially lower IV. The container has a relatively tall and slender profile, with high orientation levels in the panel and shoulder, and an oriented thick-walled base with feet. The base preferably has a high profile and angled foot pads which are allowed to move outwardly under creep. According to a method of making a multilayer preform for such container, an enhanced injection rate and mold pressure are utilized to enhance interlayer bonding and prevent separation of the layers in spite of their substantial differences in IV.

摘要： A multi-cavity injection mold (1), for simultaneously injection molding a plurality of multi-layer articles having a single hot runner manifold system (19) for the sequential supply of first and second molten molding materials to the cavities (3) of the mold with each of the materials being supplied simultaneously to all cavities in equal quantities. The invention also provides a core rod (5) for each cavity in which a concavity is provided, adjacent the entry point of the materials into the cavity, to prevent the first injected material in an injection cycle from being washed from the end of the core rod by the second injection material, a buffer of the first injected material in the neck region of the preform to compensate for variations in temperature of the cavities and material being distributed to different parts of the mold and the use of the first part of the metered quantity of the first to be injected material from the next injection cycle to seal the preform at the end of the injection cycle.
