    • A charge regranted method and a device thereof are provided in the present invention. The method includes that: a charge regranted request is obtained; based on said charge regranted request, call bills to be regranted are acquired, said call bills comprise a first account charge, a second account charge, a conversation identifier and a traffic capacity, said conversation identifier is used for uniquely marking the call bills that belong to the same one charging, said first account charge is used for marking the charge of the pay account corresponding to said call bills, said second account charge is used for marking the charge of each one of the rest pay accounts except said pay account corresponding to the first account charge; based on said first account charge and said second account charge, the charge rollback is performed only once for one charging corresponding to said conversation identifier; and based on said traffic capacity, the charge regranted is performed for the pay account that has performed charge rollback.

    • The system and method alters the data delivery service plan of a subscriber in response to a network degradation event that negatively affects the subscriber's plan during transportation (e.g. in flight). In response to the subscriber's request, the system and method grants the subscriber access to the in-flight network and/or data during the flight. Additionally, the system and method monitors and detects network degradation events during the flight. If an event occurs that negatively affects the subscribers plan during the flight, the system and method determines a time extension for the subscriber to access the network and/or data based on the duration of the network degradation event. The system and method also modifies the subscriber's plan based on the determined time extension and notifies the subscriber about the network degradation event and plan modification. The plan modification may credit the subscriber additional time, data, and/or services.
