    • There is described a wideband fully differential amplifier (50) comprising inverting and non-inverting inputs, a common mode voltage terminal, and inverting and non-inverting outputs. This differential amplifier further comprises first and second parasitically compensated semiconductor resistors (521, 522) respectively connected between the non-inverting output and the inverting input, and between the inverting output and the non-inverting input of the amplifier.These first and second parasitically compensated semiconductor resistors each comprise a first conductive layer capacitively coupled to a semiconductor substrate and connected between the input and output of the differential amplifier; and a second conductive layer capacitively coupled to the first conductive layer and connected to the output of the differential amplifier.There is also described a summing circuit (40) including such a differential amplifier as well as a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM optical pickup device.
