The first and second monopole radiating elements may be located on opposite sides of the ground plane. Additional monopole elements may also be provided. In some embodiments, an additional antenna (e.g., an array antenna) may be provided over the same ground plane in a region between the monopole elements.

摘要： An antenna arrangement 10 comprises an antenna array 12 comprising a first antenna 14 having a port 15 and a second antenna 16 spaced from the first antenna and having a port 17. A decoupler 18 is mounted between the first antenna 14 and the second antenna 16 on an imaginary line 20 extending between the first antenna and the second antenna. 摘要： There is disclosed an apparatus and method for improving signal reception in a signal receiver. The apparatus comprises a beamforming circuit and a decision feedback equalizer circuit. The beamforming circuit comprises two circuit branches with each circuit branch having a radio frequency (RF) tuner capable of being coupled to an antenna, an intermediate frequency (IF) mixer, a B/2 phase shift circuit, and two feedforward equalizer circuits and an adder circuit. In the decision feedback equalizer circuit a decision device that is coupled to the output of said adder circuit modifies equalizer coefficients in said feedforward equalizer circuits to reduce an interfering signal by electronically forming a null in the direction of the interfering signal.
