摘要： A method of producing cement clinker and electricity comprises feeding cement raw meal constituents in crushed form and coal in a circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace (1), calcining the cement constituents therein and producing steam with the flue gases, discharging calcined material in a rotary kiln (16) and clinkering it therein. The gas and the solids out of the fluidized bed enter a cyclone system (8). The gas and the fly ash escaping the cyclone system are passed to a conventional boiler back pass (34), where the fly ash is further separated from the flue gas before cooling the flue gas and forwarded to the kiln (16). The hot bed material is milled and re-injected to the fluidized bed. The circulating bed material is separated with the cyclone system (8) so as the fly ash obtained from calcination of limestone from the ground part of the cement raw mix escapes the cyclone system.

摘要： According to the method, granular ore or ore concentrate is introduced into a kiln (1) for roasting the ore at temperatures of 400 to 1050 DEG C, whereby the ore in the kiln forms a stationary fluidised bed (3). 摘要： Fluidized bed reactor systems for producing high purity silicon-coated particles are disclosed. A vessel has an outer shell, an insulation layer inwardly of the outer shell, a concentric inner shell inwardly of the outer shell, and a concentric liner that is positioned inwardly of the inner shell and that defines a reactor chamber. The inner shell and liner are sealed together at their bottoms by an O-ring seal arrangement to prevent gas in the reactor chamber from entering a space between the inner shell and the liner. A central inlet nozzle produces a vertical gas plume in the reactor chamber.

摘要： Systems and methods are provided for determining the size of particles within a fluidized bed reactor. The pressure of gas adjacent a gas inlet and adjacent a gas outlet of the reactor are measured with pressure sensors. An algorithm is applied to at least one of the pressure measurements to determine the size of particles within the reactor. The determined size of the particles can be used to control the operation of the reactor. A dosing system and method is provided for measuring defined volumes of particles for transport to the reactor.

摘要： A method and an apparatus (50) for producing direct reduced iron (37) from dry pellets (25) composed of iron oxide and carbonaceous material. A mixture of pellets (25) and free coke particles (38) with weight relation from 3:1 to 5:1 is fed into the top of an electrothermal fluidized bed (32) that is fluidized by nitrogen. By exposing pellets (25) in the electrothermal fluidized bed (32)to temperatures of between approximately 850-1,100°C for an average period of between approximately 15-60 minutes, the volatiles are removed and the pellets (25) metallized. Reduced pellets (37) mixed with free coke (38) are discharged from the bottom of fluidized bed (32) and cooled. The reduced iron pellets (37)are physically separated from any free coke (38) and the free coke (38) is recycled back into the fluidized bed (32).

The housing can be constructed and arranged to receive and process gypsum-based products. An agitator frame (64) having a similarly shaped cross-section to the cross-section of the housing is provided and positioned adjacent the bottom wall (55) of the housing. The agitator frame (64)is pivotally connected (68, 70, 72) internally to the housing for reciprocating movement between first and second positions. The agitation mechanism is operable (74) for preventing fluid channeling to ensure good fluidization of the gypsum products from collecting adjacent the bottom wall of the housing.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a plant for the heat treatment of sulfidic ores, in which solids are heated to a temperature of approximately 450 to 1500 °C in a fluidized bed reactor (1).
