摘要： A peristaltic transport device comprising a tube member having an inner space to receive material, the member includes a series of repeating sections wherein each of the sections includes a plurality of finger-bladders to selectively occlude portions of the inner space according to a defined peristaltic sequence to transport the material through the inner space. An actuator assembly is coupled to the tube member to control the selective occlusion of the inner space by selectively expanding and contracting ones of the plurality of finger-bladders according to the defined peristaltic sequence. The actuator assembly simultaneously controls corresponding ones of the plurality of finger-bladders across the series of repeating sections. The plurality of finger-bladders are arranged such that opposing ones of the plurality of finger-bladders expand to abut against the other and inflate across an opposite side of the inner space.

摘要： A precision pump system having a motor driver for accurately and repeatedly delivering process fluid, (e.g., photo chemicals) using a pumping fluid with minimal process fluid loss to a fabrication process and whereby the motor driver can be easily and quickly replaced without interrupting the fluid flow path. This is accomplished with the use of a process fluid reservoir and a pumping fluid reservoir that are associated with the pump, either integrated with the pump or closely adjacent. In addition, this precision pump system can be remotely monitored, viewed and controlled over the Internet. In addition, trapped process fluid within a downstream filtering block can be recirculated to the process fluid reservoir when trapped gas in the filter is removed. Furthermore, a nitrogen gas source is connected to the process fluid reservoir via a valve in case a need to insert a gas is required.

The infusion pump (10) includes at least two occluders (152), (162) having an open position and a closed position for releasably pinching-off the tube (28). A metering chamber is disposed between the two occluders (152), (162). A first plunger (72) and a second plunger (73) are provided, each plunger (72), (73) having an open position and a closed position for releasably compressing the metering chamber. In the method of the present invention, an occluder (152) releasably pinches-off the tube near the source of the liquid at a first location. The second occluder (162) releasably pinches-off the tube at a second location that is downstream from the source of the liquid (23) and the first location. The tube (28) is released at the first location and a plunger (72) compresses the tube (28) between the first location and the second location, thereby generating a flow of the liquid through the tube (28) in a direction towards the source of liquid (23).
