摘要： The present disclosure is drawn to a fabric print medium including a fabric substrate, a primary coating layer, and a secondary coating layer. The fabric substrate can have a first side and a second side. The primary coating layer can be applied to the first side of the fabric substrate at a thickness from 2 µm to 250 µm with a dry coat weight ranging from about 5 gsm to about 300 gsm and can include a polymeric binder and filler particles. The secondary coating layer can be applied to the primary coating layer at a thickness from 1 µm to 50 µm with a dry coat weight ranging from 0.5 gsm to 50 gsm and can include a first crosslinked polymeric network and a second crosslinked polymeric network. The primary coating layer can be two or more times thicker than the secondary coating layer.

摘要： Disclosed are carpet products comprising at least one flexible substrate and at least one coating and/or adhesive layer associated with the at least one flexible substrate. The coating and/or adhesive layer is formed from an aqueous composition comprising: A) an emulsifier- stabilized vinyl acetate/ethylene (VAE) emulsion copolymer dispersion wherein the VAE copolymer therein comprises co-monomers which include at least vinyl acetate copolymerized with ethylene and optionally also with other additional functional and/or non- functional co-monomers; and B) at least one particulate filler material selected from particulate inorganic compounds and particulate plastic material. The vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer in the copolymer dispersion has a selected ethylene content or glass transition temperature. It is also preferably substantially free of cross-linkable co-monomer moieties which generate formaldehyde upon curing and preferably has a particle size, dw, ranging from about 50 to about 500 nm. The carpet product is substantially free of polyvinyl chloride and bitumen and exhibits a Class Bl flame-retardancy in accordance with DIN 4102-14, corresponding to a critical heat flux of =about 4.5 kW/m2.

摘要： Low weight and non-square carpet tile suitable for use in mass transit vehicles, particularly passenger aircraft. The carpet tile preferably weighs less than about 82 ounces per square yard. The carpet tile of this invention may have a carpet pile and at least one backing layer. The backing layer may use low weight filler material. Secondary backing plastic material may be compressed into the tile structure with pressure rollers or other pressure applying process on an improved tile production line. The carpet tiles satisfy transportation industry standards for flame, smoke and toxicity. Tiles may be sized during manufacture and installed in configurations that minimize the number of tile sizes needed and minimize the need for cutting tiles during installation. The patterns used for such tiles may be orthogonally ambiguous or otherwise suitable for "random" installation. In other embodiments, a passenger aircraft cabin includes a floor having rectangular carpet tiles installed thereon, and the carpeting can be installed in the aircraft without removing seats from the aircraft.
