    • The invention is related to a modular boat which can be transported in a form of a luggage carrier placed on a car pavilion, used for recreation or transport in calm water zones, by one, two or more individuals. The modular boat, according to the invention is composed from two modules anterior and posterior provided with some hollow spaces which when between the modules there is an angle of 0° communicate delimitating a stored space for different annexes, in the frame of a luggage carrier or of a winch, articulate one to another by means of some hinges which permit taking into a position where between them it is an angle of 0° to a position where between them it is an angle of 180° the position where are maintained some locks, each module having some straight walls posterior or anterior, which makes a common body with some lateral walls anterior or posterior, and with some inferior walls, wherein from the walls (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, and h) of each said modules (1 and 2 ) is solidarized an inferior edge of one of some membranes (5 and 6) having good mechanic resistance, flexible, pliable, continuous, high, having some superior edges fixed by some high supports (7 and 8) whose inferior heads (i and j) are positioned and blocked by some wings (9 and 10) fixed to the inside of walls (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, and h) such that when between the modules (1 and 2 ) there is an angle of 180° the membranes (5 and 6) are maintained in a position near to the vertical position.

    • Techniques and technical expedients that permit to assemble a boat with a rigid frame/structure (in metal or other material). The boat will have to wear a "removable and waterproof covering" that will be tended by a special technique. This technique consists on preparing the structure of the boat so that the boat's walls' frame, after having been assembled together and having "worn" the "removable and waterproof covering" can rotate around the perimeter axes of the base. This rotation, done in the right way, gives the necessary tension to the removable and waterproof covering. The boat's walls' frames, the stern's frame and the prow's frame are blocked together with removable junctions.

    • A modular marine vessel (25) has a variable hull and a plurality of boat forming modules including a bow section module (18), a load section module (19) having a bow end and an aft end, and a bulkhead forming module (11) is detachably connected to each bow and aft end of the load section module. The bulkhead forming module that is connected at the bow end of the load section module is detachably connected to the bow section module. Each boat forming and bulkhead forming module includes a topside section (30, 31, 31a) and a hull bottom side section (26). The topside section of each boat forming module has a shell gunnel portion (39, 39a), and the hull bottom side section of each boat forming module has a pivotally mounted bottom shell hull portion. The gunnel and hull portions of the load and bow section modules are detachably connected end-to-end, and sealingly juxtaposed the detachably connected bulkhead forming module to prevent water from entering the boat when the boat engages water. The bottom shell hull portion is pivotally mounted across a keel tunnel (72) using a pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical actuator to form a preselected hull shape as desired.
