    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for making dough skin and provides a dough skin die head (100,100') which is adapted for a food processing machine having a screw extrusion system. The dough skin die head (100,100') comprises a housing (110,110') and an inner core (130,130'). The housing is adapted to be mounted on the food processing machine and has an inner cavity( 111) and the inner core (130,130') is mounted in the inner cavity and comprises a body mounting portion (131,131') and an axially extending portion (133,133') so that an extrusion space (120) and an extrusion port (140,140') are formed between the housing (110,110') and the inner core (130,130'), and the body mounting portion (131,131') is provided with a plurality of dough channels (132,132') which are spaced apart from one another. The extrusion port and at least a portion of the extrusion space are formed between the housing (110,110') and the axially extending portion (133,133'), and the at least a portion of the extrusion space (124,124') is located downstream of the plurality of dough channels, so that pieces of dough separated by the plurality of dough channels are extruded compactly into a whole through the at least a portion of the extrusion space, thereby avoiding scattering of the dough skin into pieces when placed in boiling water. The present invention further provides a food processing machine including the dough skin die head.

Решается задача получения брикетов повышенного качества и прочности путем подбора режимов экструдирования сырьевой массы в зависимости от физико- механических характеристик сырья при любой начальной степени влажности. Для получения брикетов используют пресс-экструдер, который имеет загрузочный бункер, камеру с набором шнеков и формующую матрицу. Пресс позволяет использовать сырье любой влажности, поскольку имеет проницаемые стенки для выхода излишней влаги при прессовании брикетов. Использование комбинации шнеков позволяет существенно снизить металлоемкость, изготовить компактное, легко транспортируемое устройство. Разогрев прессуемого сырья осуществляется без использования внешних нагревательных элементов только за счет тепла внутреннего трения в канале подготовки сырья и последующего его прессования. Степень нагрева сырья и плотность брикета регулируются за счет перенастройки параметров прессования.

    • An apparatus (10) suitable for processing a heterogeneous stream of waste material comprising: a housing (11) having a compaction compartment (19); a screw vane (20), located in the compaction compartment, for processing and transporting the waste material through the compaction compartment. The screw vane having a shaft (20b) about which is located a flight (20a) which extends radially outwardly in the form of a helical thread along the length of the shaft. The apparatus further comprises a heating zone (31) having a heating source (32), which is located adjacent to the housing and receives processed waste that has exited the compaction zone; and an extrusion nozzle which allows for processed waste to exit the heating zone. The diameter of the flight of the screw vane decreases along the length of the shaft towards a forward end of the shaft in cooperation with tapering of the diameter of the compaction compartment. A method for processing waste material is also provided. The apparatus and method advantageously provide output waste material which retains its compacted form and does not re-expand to its pre-compressed state.

The structure of the helical, separate and split rings allows for the production of a screw having any turn or body configuration regardless of the pitch and height of said turns, and whatever the axial distance between the screw turns and the turn overlap values may be. This screw may be used in any screw press or extruding die.
