    • The invention relates to a method of producing injection-molded parts in an injection-molding machine comprising an injection-mold with two mold halves. The melt is applied onto the mold surface of one of the mold halves by means of a melt feeding device when the injection mold is open. The melt is pressed into all areas of the die cavity by closing the mold halves. The aim of the invention is to simplify the technical design of the hot runners when different injection-molded parts are produced. To this aim, the melt is applied onto the mold surface by way of a hot runner plate arranged above the mold surface. Said hot runner plate has a plurality of nozzles configured as needle valve nozzles which are controlled depending on the profile required for the respective mold half.

    • A multi-layer molded article such as a door trim is produced by extruding a molten surfacing resin layer (13m) forming a soft thin surface layer (13), a molten intermediate resin layer (12m) forming an expanded soft interlayer (12), and a molten resin layer (11m) forming a support (11) through dieheads (40) of extruders into sheets, feeding these sheets in such a state that the molten resin layer (11m) comes into contact with a bottom tool (20), and compression-molding the sheets. It is preferable that the molten surfacing resin layer (13m) be composed of a thermoplastic elastomer, the molten intermediate resin layer (12m) be composed of an ethylenic copolymer comprising at least ethylene and a radical-polymerizable acid anhydride and containing a blowing agent, and the molten resin layer (11m) be composed of an olefinic resin. Further, it is preferable that the thermoplastic elastomer be an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer and/or a styrenic one having a melt flow rate of 0.1 to 200 g/10 min as determined at 230 DEG C under a load of 2.16 kg and a Shore A hardness of 50 to 96. Furthermore, it is preferable that at least two of the molten resin layers be laminated in a diehead and extruded and fed in the form of a multi-layer sheet.
