Der Mittelteil (3) weist paarweise zueinander angeordnete Seitenflächen (4) auf, die bezüglich der Drehachse (2) des drehbaren Mittelteils (3) drehsymmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind und in einer Schliessstellung der Vorrichtung (1) im Bereich einer ersten, einer zweiten, sowie einer dritten Trennebene (8, 9, 10) mit entsprechend angeordneten Aussenflächen (11,12,13) der ersten, der zweiten und der dritten Formhälfte (5, 6, 7) zur Bildung mindestens eines ersten, eines zweiten, sowie eines dritten Formhohlraums (14, 15, 16) zusammenwirken. Mindestens ein erster Formhohlraum (14) dient zur Bildung einer ersten Kunststoffkomponente (21). Mindestens ein zweiter Formhohlraum (15) dient zur Bildung einer zweiten Kunststoffkomponente (22). 摘要： Disclosed are preforms which incorporate improvements in the region of the neck and upper segment of the body to allow the production of lightweight containers, such as bottles suitable for containing water or other beverages. In accordance with certain embodiments, the improvements include a thinner neck finish area than conventional bottles, where the thinner area is extended into the upper segment of the body portion below the support ring. Reducing the thickness in these areas of the bottle allows for less resin to be used in forming the preform and bottle.

摘要： A thermoforming machine with a moving tilting bed (4), comprising a forming station consisting of a lower mold nest (3) and a fixed upper mold nest; the lower mold nest is supported by a moving bed which has a closure position, in which the molding of the workpieces is performed, and an ejection position for the molded pieces; the bed is movable linearly and is rotatable about its axis. The moving tilting bed is directly controlled by a movement mechanism (8) which causes it to perform the vertical movement, by means of a simple crank/connecting-rod system (9, 10). The rotary/translatory movement of the tilting bed is controlled by two gearmotors (11, 12), with an absolute encoder, which are managed by a PLC program. In the case of anomalous operation of the electronics, namely should there be any displacement between the programmed vertical position and the associated rotation, a mechanical safety device consisting of a cam and cam follower intervenes.

The upper portion has a spout defining an opening into the container and a finish offset radially outwardly from the spout. A trough defines a passage into the body. According to other features, the sidewall portion is integrally formed with and extends from the upper portion to the base portion. The base portion closes off an end of the container. The finish defines a means, such as at least one thread, for attaching a closure thereon.
