摘要： A dispenser of nitrogen gas infused cold brew beverages includes a product container, a nitrogenator, a mixing unit, and a dispensing unit. The nitrogenator receives water from a water source and nitrogen gas from a nitrogen gas source and infuses the nitrogen gas into the water to produce nitrogen gas infused water. The mixing unit receives product from a product container and nitrogen gas infused water from the nitrogenator. The mixing unit combines the product and the nitrogen gas infused water to induce a mixing thereof that creates a nitrogen gas infused beverage. The dispensing unit receives nitrogen gas infused beverage from the mixing unit. The dispensing unit chills the nitrogen gas infused beverage to produce a nitrogen gas infused cold brew beverage for dispensing therefrom.

摘要： A gas injection system for injecting a gas into a liquid to form a solution includes a flow channel that conveys a liquid from an upstream inlet configured to receive the liquid and a downstream outlet configured to dispense the solution, sparger positioned in the flow channel, a solution pressure detection device configured to sense a pressure of the solution in the flow channel, and a liquid valve configured to regulate flow of the liquid in the flow channel based on the pressure sensed by the solution pressure detection device. The sparger is configured to inject the gas into the liquid through the porous surface as the liquid flows across the surface.

The stirrer is received in use within the container (2). The non-connect driving mechanism (4) is arranged externally of the container (2). A holder is provided for positioning the stirrer within the container (2) where the holder is not integrally formed with the container (2), but is a separate component therefrom. The holder is not affixed to the container (2), but locates within the container (2) such that it positions the stirrer adjacent a wall of the container (2) near to the external location of the non-contact drive mechanism (4). The holder is manually removable from the container (2) and the stirrer is manually removable from the holder for cleaning.
