摘要： A hand-held beverage dispenser includes a handle body, within which multiple valve units are contained. Two sets of fluid flow paths are provided into the handle body. The sets of fluid flow paths are mutually exclusive one to the other. Each flow path of the first set is in fluid communication with each valve unit, whereas only a predetermined one of the second set of fluid flow paths is in fluid communication with each valve unit. Each valve unit includes a flow control valve and a selection valve. The selection valve determines on an ad hoc basis which of the first set of flow paths will be utilized at any given time, while the flow control valve provides single action simultaneous ON-OFF control of fluid flows through both the selected flow path and the predetermined flow path.

摘要： A beverage dispensing system, includes a cabinet with a dispensing station. The cabinet includes therein a refrigeration system, a cooling fluid system, and a refrigerated compartment having therein a cooling system and a beverage source coupled with the dispensing station. The cooling fluid system circulates a cooling fluid through the refrigeration system such that the refrigeration system cools the cooling fluid. The cooling fluid system further normally circulates the cooling fluid through the dispensing station to cool beverage therein. The cooling fluid system directs the cooling fluid from the dispensing station to the cooling system when necessary to cool the refrigerated compartment. A beverage fluid system resides in the cooling fluid system between the beverage source and the dispensing station such that the cooling fluid system cools beverage flowing through the beverage fluid system prior to delivery of beverage to the dispensing station for dispensing therefrom.

The mixer defines a mixing pathway adapted to receive a diluent flow from a diluent source and a concentrate pathway adapted to receive a concentrate flow from a concentrate source. 摘要： A creamy foam beer dispensing system includes a coupler removably securable with a keg, a transportation tube, and a faucet. The transportation tube includes a first end engageable with the coupler, whereby beer flows from the keg through the transportation tube when the first end of the transportation tube is engaged with the coupler. The transportation tube further includes a second end engageable with the faucet. The faucet includes a compression tube receiver adapted to receive the second end of the transportation tube therethrough such that the second end delivers beer from the faucet. The faucet further includes a plunger communicating with the compression tube receiver and a handle coupled with the plunger. The handle is movable among a closed position, an open position, and a creamy foam position. In the closed position, the handle maintains the plunger squeezed against the transportation tube such that no beer flows from the faucet. In the open position, the handle lifts the plunger substantially, completely off the transportation tube such that beer flows smoothly from the faucet. In the creamy foam position, the handle lifts the plunger off the transportation tube a distance such that an aperture created in the transportation tube produces creamy foam flow from the faucet.

摘要： A post mix beverage dispensing nozzle (10) includes a housing (11) which contains a diffuser (12). The nozzle connects to a dispensing valve (13) for dispensing a viscous beverage syrup that must be mixed with a mixing fluid, such as water, before dispensing. The diffuser comprises a plurality of interconnected plates (22-29) with the top plate (22) contacting the beverage syrup entering the nozzle to direct the beverage syrup radially outward in a thin sheet. As the beverage syrup expands radially outward past the surface of the top plate, the mixing fluid shears the beverage syrup and forces it to cascade down the remaining plates of the diffuser. The cascading effect created by the remaining plates results in vigorous mixing which produces a dispensed beverage having the desired mix ratio between mixing fluid and beverage syrup.
