摘要： A filtration system is arranged to safely vent a storage room into which a fog mixture is introduced. Venting the storage room reduces and/or prevents a substantial increase in the internal pressure of the storage room. To control the pressure differential between the storage room and the ambient air pressure, a venting manifold with an in-line duct fan is used, for example, to exhaust storage room air into the atmosphere. The exhausted storage room air is filtered to reduce the exfiltration of chemicals and/or other contaminants from the environmentally sealed storage room.

摘要： The invention relates to the chemical industry and can be used for finely removing liquid from a gas during the reconstruction of separators and filter-separators for absorption and rectifying towers. The inventive multi-cassette annular separation packing comprises a filtering unit, water separating means and an inlet pipe. Said filtering unit is embodied in the form of screen cassettes which are superposed on each other, the internal surfaces of said screen cassettes form a gas-distributing header and water separating means is embodied in the form of overflow tubes arranged in the cassettes. Each cassette is formed by simultaneously winding two parallel mesh strips one of which is made of a flat mesh, the other being made of a crimped mesh. The cassette is provided with a cylindrical perforated envelope which is arranged on the cylindrical internal surface thereof. The first layers of the mesh strips are connected to a perforated shell by metal staples or are welded thereto, at least two external layers of each mesh strip are fixed by metal staples. The number of screen cassettes is equal to 6, the overflow tubes are uniformly disposed on the circumference around the packing axis. Said invention makes it possible to increase the separation efficiency by preventing the accumulation of a separated liquid in the cassettes of the packing.

摘要： Air filter assemblies for removing particulate matter from a incoming dirty air stream are provided. The assemblies include a housing having an inlet, an outlet, a dirty air chamber and a clean air chamber and an elongated filter element arranged within the dirty air chamber constructed to remove particulate matter from an incoming air stream. The filter assemblies according to the present invention provide a decreased air flow speed within the dirty air chamber while maintaining air flow volume. Alternately, the filter assemblies according to the present invention provide an increased air flow volume which maintaining air flow speed. The dirty air chamber has side walls, which can be planar or non planar with a distended portion. The filter elements used in the filter assemblies can be cylindrical or non-cylindrical filter elements.
