    • A garment for sensing three-dimensional motion includes a form-fitting garment article having compression areas for maintain positions of tracked areas over the user's body. Using the measuring device and system in accordance with this invention the carotid artery blood pressure and its pulse wave values are measured using komputer control program being executed in a processor means and stored in a data carrier, sistolic and diastolinio blood pressure, augmentation index and carotid artery inner diameter, are calculated using the calculatio computer program stored in a data carrier and executed in the procesor means.
