摘要： 본 발명은 플라즈마 멸균 처리된 항균 봉합사의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 항균물질과 생분해성 물질을 이용하여 미립자를 제조하고 이를 봉합사와 봉합사용 포장재에 스프레이 또는 에어로젤로 분사하여 부착함으로써, 봉합사의 멸균 및 진공건조공정 중에서 휘발성이고 독성이 적은 트리클로산(triclosan)의 손실을 줄일 수 있도록 멸균시간을 짧게 하고, 또한 트리클로산을 GC에 혼합하여 스프레이로 부착시키므로 트리클로산이 유출되는 손실을 줄일 수 있고, 미립자 혼합용액을 제조할 때 생체 적합한 부착성 물질인 GC를 부가함으로써, 생분해성 봉합사인 PGLA 흡수성 봉합사에 스프레이 또는 에어로젤로 분사하여 부착시켜 항균제의 부착능력을 개선시킬 수 있으며, 봉합사와 봉합사용 포장재에 플라즈마를 이용한 멸균처리 방법을 적용함으로써, 낮은 온도와 짧은 시간에 멸균처리를 수행할 수 있음은 물론 항균력을 향상시킬 수 있고, 플라즈마 멸균기를 동작시킬 때 과산화수소(H 2 O 2 ) 또는 오존(O 3 )의 멸균제를 사용함으로써, 항균력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

摘要： A method and apparatus for sealing a puncture or incision formed percutaneously in tissue separating two internal portions of the body of a living being with an anchor, a sealing plug and a filament connecting the anchor and sealing plug. The method and apparatus provide for a tamping device that is coilable in some configurations and stiff and straight in other configurations. The coilable tamping device may also automatically tamp the sealing plug when the apparatus is withdrawn from the puncture site. The automatic uncoiling and tamping is facilitated by transducing a motive force generated by the withdrawal of the apparatus into a tamping force.

摘要： A treatment device for use with an endoscope having a instrument channel for passage of an endoscopic instrument and a distal end is provided. The treatment device includes an end effector assembly with a base for placement at the distal end of the endoscope, an end effector rotatable relative to the base, and a mounting portion for attaching the base to the endoscope. The mounting portion is resiliently compressible and can be radially compressed for insertion into the instrument channel, whereby an expansion force of the resiliently compressed mounting portion retains the base relative to the distal end of the endoscope. The mounting portion also includes an opening longitudinally extending therethrough and communicable with the instrument chann 1 and sized for receiving an endoscopic instrument therethrough.
