    • A user equipment, UE,(14) and a radio network node (12) can perform multiple input multiple output,MIMO,communication. The UE determines a precoder (50, 54) used in the radio network node for transmitting signals from multiple transmit antennas to the UE. Based on the determined precoder used, the UE determines receiver parameters (22, 60A, 60B) for receiving MIMO signals from the radio network node, and configures the UE to receive MIMO signals from the radio network node in accordance with the determined receiver parameters. The radio network node may provide information for transmission to the UE indicating the precoder used in the radio network node to permit the UE to determine a receiver configuration for receiving MIMO signals based on the determined precoder used by the radio network node.

    • A method in a network node (110) for configuring cells for downlink operations in a telecommunications system (100) is provided. The network node (110) is configured to support non-contiguous downlink operations on more than one cell (f 1 , f 2 , f 3 , f 4 ) in at least one frequency band. The network node (110) receives a signal from a user equipment (121) in the telecommunications system(100). The signal comprises information about radio access capability of the user equipment (121). Information about radio access capability of the user equipment (121) comprises a first indication which indicates the maximum number of cells that is supported by the user equipment (121) in the non- contiguous downlink operation. Furthermore, the information about radio access capability of the user equipment (121) comprises a second indication which indicates the maximum gap bandwidth between cells (f 1 , f 2 , f 3 , f 4 ) that is supported by the user equipment (121) in the non-contiguous downlink operation. Then, the network node (110) configures more than one cell (f 1 , f 2 , f 3 , f 4 ) for a non-contiguous downlink operation supported by the user equipment (121) based on the first and second indication in the information about radio access capability of the user equipment (121).     • The present disclosure relates to a method for determining CSI in a user terminal of a wireless communication network. The method comprises receiving (810) information from a network node indicating at least one of a plurality of different averaging schemes, and selecting (820) one of the averaging schemes based on the received information. The plurality of different averaging schemes each defines a limitation regarding over which radio resources that averaging is allowed for interference measurements. The method also comprises averaging (830) interference measurements using the selected averaging scheme, and determining (840) CSI for a CSI report based on the averaged interference measurements. The disclosure also relates to a method in a network node for controlling the averaging and to the user terminal and the network node.
