摘要： A thin and lightweight sprocket that can be used with a conventional chain. In order to avoid rattling of the chain the teeth are laterally offset so to contact both sides of each link. The sprocket (1) includes a wavy region (2). The wavy region is formed at least at the outer periphery of the sprocket and extends in an undulating fashion along the circumference of the sprocket. The wavy region has a plurality of convex joint portions (3). A plurality of teeth (5) are formed at the outer end of the convex joint portions.

摘要： A heat-vulcanizable rubber composition which is inhibited from scorching in the molding step of forming molded rubber articles and can give a one-pack pasty composition excellent in storage stability. The composition is one comprising (A) a rubber component having vulcanizable double bonds and (B) a vulcanizer and a vulcanization accelerator both being solid at ordinary temperatures, wherein at least one of the vulcanizer and the vulcanization accelerator is one surface-coated with a fine powder having a median diameter of 2 mu m or below by fixing the powder on the surface of the component at a weight ratio of the component to the fine powder of 1 : 0.001 to 1 : 2. The composition is useful as adhesive, sealing material, coating material and moldings.

摘要： A process for preparing telechelic low molecular weight vinyl resins having alkoxysilylalkyl thioether groups on both terminals and resins obtained by the process are disclosed. The process comprises conducting photopolymerization between 1 to 20 parts by weigth of at least one disulfide compound, 0.01 to 1 part by weight of at least one tetrasulfide compound, and 100 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer which may optionally be partly replaced by a monomer having an alkoxysilyl group. The resins provide, when cured, crosslinked resins with excellent physical strengths, and may be utilized as paints, adhesives, sealing materials, pressure-sensitive adhesives, etc.
