摘要： The present invention relates to a vacuum deposition apparatus. The vacuum deposition apparatus for depositing a source onto a substrate disposed within a vacuum chamber according to the present invention includes: a substrate transfer part for transferring the substrate; a nozzle disposed to face the substrate transfer part, the nozzle spraying the source onto the substrate disposed on the substrate transfer part; and a temperature control part for controlling a surface temperature of the substrate transfer part to prevent the source from being deposited onto the substrate transfer part. Thus, since the source may be prevented from being particulated and deposited on the substrate transfer part for transferring the substrate, a decrease in productivity may be minimized.

The method for purifying a sulfonated aromatic monomer is an economical method which is capable of obtaining the sulfonated aromatic monomer with high purity by maintaining a reaction condition of a conventional sulfonated aromatic monomer, simplifying a salt extraction step and a recrystallization step and substituting chemical materials used for purification for stable materials which can be easily purchased. The sulfonated aromatic monomer obtained by the purification method can be useful for manufacturing polymers for polymer electrolyte membranes and for securing the amount of polymers when polymers are synthesized using the monomer.

The lighting device includes a diffusion layer diffusing and emitting light incident from a light source; a bead layer adjacently formed to a light emitting surface of the diffusion layer, including a plurality of beads, and having an air gap formed in a region in which the plurality of beads are not present; and a condensing layer formed on the bead layer and condensing light transmitting the air gap to a predetermined portion. 摘要： The present invention relates to a hydrogen ion-conducting copolymer represented by formula 1, to a method for preparing same, to a method for manufacturing a polymer electrolyte membrane made of the hydrogen ion-conducting copolymer, to a membrane/electrolyte assembly using a hydrogen ion-conducting polymer electrolyte membrane produced therefrom, and to a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell adopting same. The hydrogen ion-conducting copolymer of the present invention has flexible and strong mechanical properties due to containing a phenylether group and a phenylsulfone group at an appropriate ratio, and also has excellent hydrogen ion conductivity due to containing a diphenyl fluorene group having a sulfonic group introduced therein. Thus, a polymer electrolyte membrane using the hydrogen ion-conducting copolymer has high hydrogen ion conductivity as well as high thermal, mechanical, and dimensional stability.
