摘要： An integration kit is disclosed herein that allows for mounting of a resolver trigger wheel relative to a bearing assembly, resolver, and rotor. The integration kit simplifies assembly and saves space. The integration kit includes a resolver integration sleeve that includes a first axial section including a radially inner surface defining a bearing support and radially inwardly extending flange defining an axial abutment surface. The resolver integration sleeve also includes a second axial section including at least one anti-rotation slot dimensioned to receive a portion of a trigger wheel, at least one anti-rotation tab extending axially towards the first axial section and dimensioned to be received by a rotor, at least one securing tab extending radially outward and configured to engage a trigger wheel, and a radially outwardly extending flange.

摘要： A compact planetary differential is provided that includes a drive input ring gear having external teeth and a planet gear carrier having first and second axial sides connected rotationally fixed to the drive input ring gear. First planet gears are located on the first axial side of the planet gear carrier, and second planet gears are located on the second axial side, with the first and second planet gears being arranged in intermeshing pairs, and the planet gear carrier including interface openings through which the respective intermeshing pairs of planet gears contact one another. Pin plates are located respectively on the first and second axial sides of the planet gear carrier, with the pin plates including aligned openings at a position for each of the first planet gears and each of the second planet gears. Pinion shafts extend through these aligned openings in the pin plates and pinion shaft openings in the planet gear carrier. A single one of the first or second planet gears is rotatably supported on each respective one of the pinion shafts. The pinion shafts clamp the pin plates against the planet gear carrier. A first sun gear is located on the first axial side of the planet gear carrier, and engages with the first planet gears. A second sun gear is located on the second axial side of the planet gear carrier, and engages with the second planet gears.

摘要： A wedge clutch imparts a wedging effect to selectively transfer power through powertrain components. The wedge clutch includes a hub configured to rotate about an axis. The hub has a tapered surface facing the axis. A rotatable member is configured to rotate about the axis and has a groove facing away from the axis. A disk is configured to radially expand and contract about the axis. The disk has an outer surface facing the tapered surface of the hub, and an inner surface facing the groove of the rotatable member. Axial movement of the hub along the axis toward the rotatable member slides the tapered surface of the hub along the outer surface of the disk to move the inner surface of the disk toward the groove of the rotatable member to frictionally engage the hub and the rotatable member and transfer power through the wedge clutch.
