    • A handover method of a mobile terminal between heterogeneous networks for facilitating the handover with pre-authentication procedure is provided. A handover method between heterogeneous networks includes receiving, at a mobile terminal connected to a source network, information on at least one target authenticator of a target network from a source authenticator in response to an attach request; creating an authentication key between the mobile terminal and the target authenticator selected among the at least one target authenticator through a pre-authentication process; determining, when the mobile terminal transmits a handover request to the selected target authenticator, whether the authentication key contained in the handover request matches with the authentication key stored in the selected target authenticator; and connecting, when the authentication keys match with each other, to the target network via the selected target authenticator.

    • The present invention relates to a method for security of medium independent handover message transmission and an apparatus for same, comprising: a master session key generation step wherein a terminal performs an authentication procedure with an access router to generate a master session key, a key transmission step wherein the access router transmits the master session key generated and address information of the terminal to an information server, an information server key generation step wherein the information server uses the master session key that has been received and the address information of the terminal to generate an information server key to be used upon sending and receiving a message to and from the terminal, and a security channel formation step wherein the terminal and the information server use the information server key that has been generated to form a security channel. According to the invention, a key formed at a tier 2 is used at a tier 3 of an MIH authentication step and a security key is not redundantly generated, so that security procedures may be performed speedily.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electronic paper display panel. As a result of manufacturing the electronic paper display panel using a color ball, the invention has an advantage to increase light reflectance and contrast ratio more than an electronic paper display panel that uses a color filter. The invention enables two kinds of color balls to be formed in each region on one panel. In addition, the invention is able to project particles to each pixel unit of an electronic paper display panel because the particles can be projected only to a region where the first and second electrode lines of first and second substrates cross each other. Furthermore, the invention projects the particles via a slit so that the particles may accurately adhere to the corresponding electrode line of the first substrate.
