摘要： A mounting arrangement for a semiconductor component on a printed circuit board is disclosed. The printed circuit board is secured on a support and at least one through plated hole is arranged in the printed circuit board, in the area of the supporting surface of the semiconductor component, to form a heat-conducting connection between the semiconductor element and the support. In order to improve this mounting arrangement, so that even when the semiconductor component is heated up by a short heating pulse the resulting heat is safely carried away, a heat-conducting layer that acts as a heat sink is arranged between the printed circuit board and the semiconductor component, in the area of its supporting surface. The heat-conducting layer is secured on the printed circuit board by an electrically insulating connecting layer.
