摘要： A plurality of strip-like elements (20) is applied onto a forming drum (C) externally having a substantially cylindrical laying surface (21), which strip-like elements (20) are disposed in mutually approached relationship to form at least one first annular reinforcing layer (A) on the forming drum (C) itself set to a first work diameter at which each of the applied strip-like elements (20), on the laying surface (21) subtends an arc of a circumference of a width as large as a submultiple integer of the overall circumferential extension of the laying surface (21) itself. Adjustment devices (24) operating on the forming drum (C) subsequently carry out expansion of the latter to a second work diameter larger than the first work diameter, while maintaining its laying surface (21) substantially cylindrical.

摘要： An apparatus for building pneumatic tyres comprises a forming support (16) and an assembling device (19) to assemble components of elastomeric material on the forming support (16). The assembling device (19) comprises a feeding unit (20) to deliver a continuous elongated element (21) of elastomeric material, a conveyor (33) having a moving surface (34) along a predetermined direction (X) and towards a proximal end (35) thereof close to the forming support (16), an application device (30) positioned at the proximal end (35). The continuous elongated element (21) is moved forward on the moving surface (34) as far as the proximal end (35) and the forming support is rotated to enable application of the continuous elongated element (21) in the form of coils wound up on the forming support (16) itself. A retaining device (39) co-operates with the conveyor (33) to brake the continuous elongated element (21) at the end of the application, while the forming support (16) goes on rotating, until it causes stretching and severing of the continuous elongated element (21).

摘要： During building of a tyre (3), at least one component of elastomeric material is manufactured through application of an elongated element (30) in the form of coils disposed side by side and/or superposed, onto a forming support (16) driven in rotation and transversely moved in front of an applicator device (42). The elongated element (30) is formed by feeding a continuous thread element (25) coming from an extruder (20) between two shaping rollers (27). During formation, a detector (33) operating close to the shaping rollers (27) cyclically detects the width of the elongated element (30) and the cross-section area of the continuous thread element (25) to monitor the volumetric flow rate of the continuous thread element (25) close to the shaping rollers (27). The feeding speed of the continuous thread element (25) towards the shaping rollers (27) is adjusted through feedback on the extruder '(20) or on a driving device (40) operating downstream of the extruder itself, to keep the volumetric flow rate value within a predetermined range.

摘要： Process and apparatus for the continuous production of elastomeric compositions by means of at least one extruder, wherein the minor ingredients are used in the form of subdivided products, said products including at least one of the minor ingredients dispersed in a thermoplastic binding agent. Such products are conveyed to a dosing device by means of a pneumatic conveying line, and thus can be accurately metered and continuously fed into the extruder. The thermoplastic binding agent guarantees to the subdivided product free-flowing properties and high dimensional regularity and stability, even upon intense compression and/or friction stresses, such as those occurring in a pneumatic conveying line.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for continuously producing an elastomeric composition. Said process comprises the steps of: a) metering at least one elastomer, at least one filler and at least one minor ingredient; b) feeding said at least one elastomer, at least one filler and at least one minor ingredient into at least one extruder; c) mixing and dispersing said at least one filler and at least one minor ingredient into said at least one elastomer by means of said at least one extruder; d) obtaining a subdivided product from the resulting elastomeric composition discharged from said at least one extruder; e) accumulating an amount of said subvided product, and f) stirring said accumulated amount of subdivided product. Furthermore the present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously producing an elastomeric composition, comprising: a) at least one extruder; b) at least one first metering device; c) at least one device for obtaining a subdivided product from the resulting elastomeric composition, and e) at least an accumulating and stirring device for mixing the accumulated subdivided product.
