    • The present invention relates to a fuel cell separator molding device, a fuel cell separator molding process, and a fuel cell separator formed by the molding process. The fuel cell separator molding device according to the present invention is for molding a fuel cell separator by injection compression molding a thermoplastic resin composition that includes 70 to 90 wt% of a conductive filler composed of carbon fiber and carbon graphite, the method comprising the steps of: (a) heating a first mold and a second mold which define a cavity space; (b) injecting a thermoplastic resin composition into the cavity space to a volume less than the volume of the cavity space, if the first and second molds are heated to a temperature between 260 and 300°C; (c) compressing at least one of the first and second molds in a direction where the volume of the cavity space would contract, followed by filling the cavity space with a contracted volume with the injected thermoplastic resin composition; and (d) cooling the first mold and the second mold at a cooling rate of 200 to 400°C/min, respectively.

    • According to the present invention, an apparatus for inspecting a printed circuit board (PCB) comprises: a pair of first and second carry-in shuttles for transferring a carried-in PCB to an inspection region; a pair of first and second inspection units for inspecting said PCB; a pair of first and second inspection unit conveyors for receiving the PCB from the first and second carry-in shuttles and then transferring the PCB into first and second carry-out shuttles; and the first and second carry-out shuttles for receiving and then carrying out the PCB, which has undergone a complete inspection by the first and second inspection part conveyors at a position facing the first and second carry-in shuttles. According to the present invention, the PCB may be efficiently and stably inspected. Also, the PCB may be quickly inspected to improve an inspection yield and precisely position the PCB.

    • A PCB substrate inspection apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a loading part for bringing in a PCB substrate into an inspection area in which PCB substrates are inspected; first and second inspection parts for inspecting the PCB substrate; first and second conveyor shuttle parts for transporting the PCB substrates, which have been brought in, to the first and second inspection parts, respectively; and a discharge part, located opposite the loading part, for discharging the PCB substrate after the inspection is completed, wherein the second conveyor shuttle part brings in or discharges the PCB substrate when the inspection is taking place in the first inspection part, and the first conveyor shuttle part brings in or discharges the PCB substrate when the inspection is taking place in the second inspection part. The present invention allows an effective and stable inspection of PCB substrates, and additionally, can improve the inspection yield by enabling a rapid inspection of PCB substrates, and allows precise alignment of PCB substrates.
