    • The present invention relates to a fuel cell separator molding device, a fuel cell separator molding process, and a fuel cell separator formed by the molding process. The fuel cell separator molding device according to the present invention is for molding a fuel cell separator by injection compression molding a thermoplastic resin composition that includes 70 to 90 wt% of a conductive filler composed of carbon fiber and carbon graphite, the method comprising the steps of: (a) heating a first mold and a second mold which define a cavity space; (b) injecting a thermoplastic resin composition into the cavity space to a volume less than the volume of the cavity space, if the first and second molds are heated to a temperature between 260 and 300°C; (c) compressing at least one of the first and second molds in a direction where the volume of the cavity space would contract, followed by filling the cavity space with a contracted volume with the injected thermoplastic resin composition; and (d) cooling the first mold and the second mold at a cooling rate of 200 to 400°C/min, respectively.
