摘要： A pivot joint includes a first member pivotally connected to a second member by a pivot pin. The first member includes a first surface, a second surface, and an opening extending therethrough. The opening is surrounded by a plurality of embossments protruding from the first surface and defining an embossment height. A second member includes a first surface, a second surface, and an opening extending therethrough. The pivot pin extends through the openings in the first and second members and includes a shoulder defining a shoulder height equal to the embossment height. The first surface of the second member engages the embossments and the shoulder to control axial free-play of the pivot joint. An inner surface of the opening in the first member engages the pivot pin to control diametrical free-play of the pivot joint.

摘要： A seat track assembly is adapted to mount a seat to a floor of an automotive vehicle and provide selective forward and rearward adjustment of the seat among a plurality of seating positions. The seat track assembly includes a first track and a second track that is slidably coupled to the first track. A first rolling element is positioned between the first and second tracks on a first side of the seat track assembly. The first rolling element is only vertically constrained between the first and second tracks, thereby allowing lateral alignment of the first rolling element between the first and second tracks. Second and third rolling elements are positioned between the first and second tracks on a second side of the seat track assembly. The second rolling element is vertically and laterally constrained between the first and second tracks.
